*Guest capacity is strictly enforced. No parties are allowed. Noise ordnance is strictly enforced. All renters must provide IDs when Checking in at the front desk - MINIMUM RENTER AGE 25
**SPRING BREAK POLICY* (3/1 - 4/17) only family groups allowed - names and IDs of all guests need to be submitted no later than 72 hours after making reservation. If guest information cannot be confirmed within 72 hours, reservation will be automatically cancelled. Parents and grandparents must stay at the unit with their children or grand-children the entire length of their rental agreement. Minimum of one adult, 30 or older if there are any children over 15 years of age. If there are more than 3 children over 15, then two adults, age 30 or over are required. The condo HOA also will charge a one time Security wristband fee per person who is age between10-32 year old. You can get the wristband at the security guard shack or at the Island Services-for Spring Break 3/1-4/7 only!
