It has an ensuite bathroom with deluxe shower. 1st floor has a gourmet kitchen and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances, wine rack, fully stocked kitchen utensils including high speed blender, instantpot, high end cook ware, nice wine glasses, china, cutlery and other miscellaneous kitchen equipment. There is a large connected dining area and living area with open floor plan with the kitchen. The dining area has a large dining room table that seats 6 people. The living room has brand new furniture including a very comfortable classic sofa sectional (seats 6), a large 75 inch LED TV, sound bar, DVD and additional chairs. Minimum rental is 30 days with HOA application approval. Our townhome is a low use rental mainly as our family vacation home so we have stocked it with high quality items.
