The living room has a 75”TV, comfy sofa, loveseat and two chairs. The dining table seats 6 and the bar has 4 bar stools. The laundry room and half bath are also located on the main floor.

The second floor offers 3BR & 3 baths. There is another primary bedroom with a king bed that has a 55”TV with a private en-suite bathroom, rainfall shower and dual vanities. The Second bedroom has 2 sets of custom-made bunk beds a 35” TV and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo which has an entrance from the hallway and bedroom. The 3rd bedroom offers a Queen bed, a 35”TV and a private bath with stand-alone shower. There is a bonus are which offers a day bed for reading and on the opposite side has a game area filled with games, puzzles, DVD’s, books and has a 55”TV with a cozy sofa, chair & ottoman which is great for those few rainy days!

Spacious covered terrace with a relaxing area to sit and read or BBQ. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach. Close to the beach and local amenities such as restaurants, bars, shopping, golf and much more.

This beautiful home offers a 4 Seat golf cart and in season beach service (March – October). Must be 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license & insurance to use the golf cart.

The Magnolia also includes complimentary Beach Chair service from March thru October and set up includes - 2 beach chairs an umbrella, and a table for your convenience.
