Discover the wonders of gulf-front living at this well-appointed, contemporary style condo where the gulf breezes are always flowing on your beachfront balcony accessible from both the living area and master bedroom. Relaxation is enhanced with the comfortable furnishings that hint at the beach wildlife just below. Bluewater 603 is considered couple-friendly with a king bed and three queen beds sleeping a total of eight. Let your culinary creativity flow in the beautifully upgraded kitchen. Tile flows from room to room throughout this comfortable property.

Just beyond your sliding glass doors, at your Bluewater condo, that opens to your private balcony lies the beauty and magnificence of the sugar-white sands along the shore of the Gulf of Mexico. These warm waters and soft sandy beaches beckon you to indulge all of your senses as you take in the sights and sounds of Alabama's Gulf Coast. Bluewater is conveniently positioned in Orange Beach, Alabama near an abundance of local boutiques and shops, locally-owned fresh seafood restaurants and the largest charter boat fleet in the Southeast with over 100 saltwater and in-shore charter fishing choices. There are numerous Alabama Gulf State Park public beach access opportunities nearby. Boating and water-themed activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, dolphin cruises and parasailing are plentiful near your home-base at Bluewater. Land lovers will be delighted with the close proximity of the Hugh S. Branyon Back Country Trail, which provides hikers and bicyclists a series of seven trails among six ecosystems covering over 15 miles of natural wonder.

Bluewater is a fourteen-story building with six condos per floor featuring a large sun deck at the outdoor pool and children's pool. Another feature that is convenience is an area for grilling. An indoor hot tub is located adjacent to the indoor pool and there is a small fitness room onsite.

This medium-density building features spacious three-bedroom, two-bath condos with sleeping arrangements for eight to ten people depending on the bedding configurations for each privately-owner property. Each condo, from the ground-floor to the fourteenth floor, contains a living area and a master bedroom with access to the private balcony. Your visit will be enhanced by a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and two additional bedrooms. A washer and dryer is an added convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bluewater will be undergoing construction from August 1, 2023, until around March 1, 2024. During this period, noise will be audible during work hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Noise will include but not be limited to jackhammering, scraping, and power tools. Balconies may have limited access or be unavailable as well.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had plenty of space for all of us! Great view and location close to stores and places to eat. Loved we could be on the beach w a quick ride down the elevator. So handy to have the washer and dryer in condo too. The view was unbeatable! Highly recommend

Great Stay
Clean Safe Kid Friendly! We brought our own playpen and highchair but the 2 and 1 years old both loved running and playing on the floor and the mirrors and lamps all stayed intact! Thats a perfect trip y’all We will be back!

Great location and layout, not great details
The house was in the best location and had a great layout. We fit 6 adults easily and had a great time! The laundry room door was broken, decor on the walls was broken / missing (for example, the towel wall only said “wels” and all hooks had been pulled out of the walls. Two bedrooms had mold on the ceilings and one bathroom had mold. The floors had not been mopped in years. Our feet were constantly turning black even after we vacuumed. The bedsheets did not fit the beds and we were missing pillow cases. We also were provided minimal bath towels and no wash cloths.

Nice Condo, BUT......
The condo was really very nice. Had spacious bedrooms and a beautiful and large balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf. It was locally very centrally to stores and restaurants. Would love to give them 5 stars but I just can't. The problem wasn't with the condo itself; it was with the management. The condo was just plain dirty. The guest bathroom had serious cleanliness issues (which I won't go into) that made us not want to use it at all (definitely not cleaned). The kitchen counters were sticky (obviously not cleaned). Many of the pots had food stuck in them, and not just a little. And the oven bottom was so dirty that when I tried to use it the smoke alarm went off. Upon arrival, I contacted the management to request supplies so I could clean the bathroom. After many delays, they told us we would not be getting them that day. Since we were only staying the weekend, I told them not to bring anything and that we would just use one bathroom. That is, one bathroom for 8 people. After looking at the reviews, I see that this is not just a one time issue. There are many reviews on the website citing to the same cleanliness issues. I guess I should have done more research.

The condo is very nice and well equipped . The property as a whole is very nice and well kept. We had a few housekeeping issues . On day of arrival, we were told house keeping was delayed. When we went to the condo everything appeared to be done. As the night progressed we realized the floors were in need of a deep clean and one of the beds was missing a bottom sheet. We made do, but made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned before we checked in
