This spacious townhome also has a private heated pool with outdoor bathroom. This home comes furnished inside and out, set up perfectly as a vacation home. In an area close to golf communities, amusement parks, various restaurants and the hustle and bustle that Orlando has to offer. Located in central Florida close by the interstate that connects the beaches of both coasts. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home offers a double master, kitchen with gas stove and an island set up with barstools for entertaining. Enjoy the outdoor bar and grill area overlooking your very own pool with plenty of woods beyond the screen with wildlife. 

Please note:
This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $35 per night (ask for details)
* You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as welcome packs etc. can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
*Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Additional 2 guests are allowed, however, note that there are only beds for 8 in the home (additional costs apply for the 2 extra guests).
