Located in the heart of Nashville, this is the perfect place to use as your base for enjoying everything Music City. Next door to an incredible coffee shop and brewery couldn’t make starting your day or your evening any better! Nicoletto’s, The Fox Bar & Cocktail Club & Walden Bar are all less than a 5 minute walk.

If honky tonking on Broadway or visiting one of the many Nashville hot spots or sporting venues is on your ‘to do list’ then hop in an Uber and you’ll be at most places within 10 minutes!

This modern construction property has every bell and whistle you could think of. A luxury kitchen featuring gas cooktop, large island, coffee and wine station, a full size dining area, spacious living room, laundry room and all of your appliances necessary to accommodate a great visit to Music City.

This amazing home has a 2 car garage for parking mid-size or smaller vehicles only (large trucks and large SUV's will not fit). Additional parking in the development must be paid for onsite and overnight paid parking is not allowed. Guests sometimes attempt to park next door in the Living Waters Brewery Parking lot, but this is certainly not guaranteed and permission for that is out of our control.

The 3 large bedrooms comprise of the following bed set up. The master suite features a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom is also en-suite and has a queen size sleigh bed and a single roll away. The third bedroom consists of a custom built-in full size upper & lower bunks with a conveniently tucked away single trundle beneath.

All linens and towels are included with your stay, as are shampoo, soap and other general necessities.
