The San Miguel villa is the perfect family home offering:

The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep six guests.

Our house is fully airconditioned, has free unlimited Wi-Fi, parking for at least two cars, SMART TVs in all rooms, and is decked out with anything you need and MORE to be comfortable away from home.

Furthermore, a beautiful dining room is connected to a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Here, you will find all the appliances and needed pots, pans, and dishes to comfortably prepare meals at home before hitting the road.

Did we already mention the great rooftop DECK with an amazing spot to view the sunset? Imagine seeing fireworks here on the 4th of July or to ring in a New Year? Or 'just' your private sunset dinner every evening from your hammock. Now, let's not forget the great POOL area. The outdoor space of this home is elegant and pretty. The pool has lounge chairs, a table to eat, a shaded lounge area, and a BBQ for your convenience. The pool has a cascade, which makes a tremendous calming sound, and there is plenty of seating for a large group and shade to hide from the intense sun. The entrance to the kitchen is right there to get a cold drink in the kitchen and the door to walk to the apartment as well.

For your convenience, we even supply great beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels so you can save on chair rentals at the beach. All beaches in Aruba are public, so you can access any hotel beach and bring your own chairs.

You are minutes away by car from Eagle Beach, and our best grocery store, SUPERFOOD, is close (under a minute's drive). Palm Beach, with its hotels, restaurants, casinos, watersports, and malls, is only about a 4-minute drive away. Enjoy the privacy, rest at home, and be at the hotel's hustle and bustle in minutes. Perfect

This home was wonderful. The photos are accurate—if anything, the place is even nicer in person. We rented a car from them, and that process was easy and price was competitive. PROS: Large bathrooms Fluffy white towels Very responsive host CLEAN The shower soap smells nice Rooftop deck is awesome CONS: No bar soap (in case that matters to you) 1 or 2 mosquitoes (not the property's fault, and frankly not bad.) You will definitely love your stay here. Great location, lovely (clean!) property, and wonderful host.

Nice House Hard-to-Find Address

I wish I could recommend this property but I cannot. The property itself is lovely and the one problem we had the hosts fixed the next day (while we were at the beach). The house is more spacious than the photos make it seems and everything was very comfortable. I cannot fault the actual property itself. Here are the problems: * The address of the property is NOT where the locals know to look - 9 out of 10 taxi drivers we took could not find this house - that was a big problem since my mother was staying here and didn't know how to show the google map link the hosts sent us to "find" the right place. This was the BIGGEST pain - our Kuku bus and the Banana Bus also couldn't find this house without us taking a few circles around the block. I can only recommend a taxi driver name Fifi/Pheobe who knew how to find this place. * You NEED a rental car for this property - you are not within walking distance of anything if you stay here. * There is active construction right behind the house - the workers spied us several times from the rooftop, the pool, and the side yard...I understand that is out of the host's control but it took away from the sense of privacy. * The side apartment truly feels disconnected - and you kind of have to walk on pebble rocks to get to it...also you need to lock the apartment door every time you leave because there's nothing stopping the wind from blowing the door open (there's no latch or stopper) - it was frustrating to always need to have the key on us to go in/out of the apartment. * The pool has an active waterfall - that we couldn't turn off..it kept my mother up all night since her bedroom was right near the pool. In hindsight, I wish I would have put my family at the hotels where no one needed multiple keys or a car to get to many of the places that are within walking distance on the hotel strip. The property's spaciousness and lovely bedrooms did not make up for the lack of ease to get to the other places or the incredibly hard-to-find address (my mother spent an hour in a taxi while they tried finding this place when she was only 4min away). Again most of these issues are not the hosts fault - they were lovely but the frustrations of the property took quite a bit of joy away from the vacation.

Beautiful Home and Convienent Location!

We had a group of 9 visit the island and we rented this beautiful home. We were very impressed with how accomodating and spacious it was. There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved the backyard area with the pool and grill. It is in walking distance of the grocery store (Super Foods) and five minutes from the hotels, resturants, and beaches. It even has a washer and dryer which was an added touch! The house also was very cool during the day and at night. The neighborhood and home were very clean and friendly. Overall the space was very accomodating for a group of 9 adults. The only minor suggestion we would have is to have cleaning products, such as a broom/vaccum, to clean up after ourselves. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your Aruba home! :)

Excellent place to stay!

This home was beautiful and well cared for! It had plenty of room and worked perfectly for what we needed. It’s in a great location— a short walk to a nice grocery store and near nice beaches and lots of restaurants. The owner was great to work with and very helpful! I would stay here again!

My name is Roxanne and I started hosting in late 2019. Together with my husband, we own various properties and I decided to open these up for rental. My husband owns a construction company and an upholstery company, so it was easy to covert houses, fixer-uppers, and more into vacation rental properties, as we do everything in-house ourselves. From building kitchen cabinets, pools, making our own mattresses, and having the right employee for the right job such as maintenance, plumbing, and more, we knew we had all the tools in hand, and in-house, to provide an excellent service to our Guests, in case needed. From hereon I opened up my own property management Summer Sky.

It is a growing baby of mine.

As we grew rapidly, I decided to join forces with my best friend Bettina, owner of her own property E Cas di Zoe, who has extensive years of experience in the hospitality world and managing properties. Bettina brings over 30 years of experience to the table. In June 2022, Hester also joined the team. Hester just graduated in Tourism and Leisure in The Netherlands. She will be our Junior Manager of the Property Management. And together we form the happy trio of Summer Sky Property Management.

Our vision is to grow sustainably, within our own grasp, providing the most excellent courteous service to our guests. Our mission is to become the most reliable, trustworthy Property Management in Aruba.

We recently just opened up our own in-house Laundry, but we could do laundry as well for our Guests for a small fee. We also open up our Coffee Corner for that early morning coffee, all with our Guests in mind. Both are located at Bushiri 33.

I am very grateful for you choosing us, and rest assured that we will do all in our powers to ensure your stay with us is the most memorable one.
