Best VRBO stay ever

Beautifully laid out. Almost like it was designed and built for VRBO stays. Great kitchen - fully equipped. Meals and entertaining were a breeze. Outdoor area and pool perfect. Can't say enough positive about this property. Highly recommended.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was a perfect house for our family of 4 - roomy and comfortable, well stocked, wonderful outdoor seating for eating or hanging out, lovely pool and spa, incredibly convenient to El Paseo, quiet and restful. Debbie couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful and we can’t wait to come back.

Excellent Home

This home was exactly as represented - beautiful, well maintained, spacious, four high-quality master suites, beautiful pool/hot tub, private backyard. Location was excellent for golf, hiking, eating out and shopping. Our "bubble" of friends had a safe and wonderful get away from the pandemic.

Private Desert Pool getaway

We just needed a place to hit the sun and enjoy an unplug before the holidays. Home is as shown and very clean. Check in process easy and any hiccups are just a text away to being resolved. Make sure to set aside a few days just in the private back yard going from pool to jacuzzi to splash deck and repeat.... Food choices are abundant too if you don’t want to cook, but the kitchen is beautiful so we did most of the time. Location- weather- house... you can’t go wrong. Montana Freemans

Joshua tree house is perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here this weekend. Me being a chef the kitchen is perfect to a T. The house is amazing in every way. The pool is out of this world. The big rooms and bath rooms are a major plus. Can’t wait to be back again to enjoy the house again and again when we can. Thank you so much Monica for being at a call and text away. And Debbie thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Summer staycation

This was the perfect summer vacation for my kids this year. I was afraid to take them anywhere due to COVID so decided on renting a house so they get a feel of being on vacation. I was so pleasantly surprised by how excited they were upon seeing the house and pool. The house is kept in great condition with all the amenities you could think of needing. My kids swam, we grilled food, we watched movies, and played games. It was relaxing and fun just the way a vacation should be! Would definitely rent this property again! Property managers were easy to communicate with and very nice. Check in and check out was made contactless and very simple.

family staycation - due to Covid

The property is very nice and clean. Debbie and Monica was excellent from checkin and checkout process. Stayed in contact weeks before the trip and made sure all questions were answered. Debbie’s home is pure perfection! I will always check her availability when coming out to the desert. This house has everything, and then some! Monica is a fabulous manager. She checked in with us and was available 24/7. We couldn’t have asked for a better 4th of July! Thank Debbie and Monica!

Absolutely beautiful home!

This home is beyond our expectations. Very nice home with all the amenities you would ever needs. Home owner and her team where there for anything thing we needed. I would stay here again anytime. 2 very large master suites and 2 other large on suite bedrooms with all very comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need to make your self at home.

Such a GREAT house!

From the very start, communication with Louisa Davis was so easy... she is extremely prompt in responding to questions. This remained the same before and during our stay. So very much appreciated this! This house is the nicest I have ever experienced. It was the first time a property is EXACTLY "as advertised"...And, SO well stocked with kitchen items, pool towels, etc. We were in want of nothing!. There were 8 ladies, and we were all together when we wanted, or each had our own space when we wanted. Just perfect. I would most definitely reserve this house for future large groups. It was a wonderful experience all the way around. Many thanks to Louisa!

Great blouse

The kitchen had everything...great dishes and all kinds of tools. Such a nice surprise. We used to rent another house year after year But decided to change things up. We are so glad we did. We will be back next year!

4th of July Family Vacation

The property is absolutely stunning!!! My family and I had such an amazing time, the house literally had everything you need and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with great pots, pans, serving platters, everything that made cooking for a group extremely easy. Every room has its own bathroom which was def an added bonus when traveling with kids. Nothing negative to say except maybe to install a pool light that works for night swimming (maybe we didn’t know how to get it to work). We will definitely be returning. Thanks Louisa!

Exceptional Property

This house is by far the best I've ever stayed at in the Palm Springs area. The owners have thought of everything necessary to make this an outstanding property. It is spacious and comfortable. The location is near all the shopping/ dining of El Paseo but the house is secluded and private. Communication with the property manager was easy and any concerns I had were promptly responded to . I will definitely be staying here again!

Simply The Best

We have rented a lot of homes over the years and this home ticks every box we have for a vacation rental. Every detail has been thought through. Every item you would ever need in a kitchen is there. The pool and spa are fabulous especially the tanning shelf and chairs, an extra place to sit and cool off and chill. Louisa was very helpful with local information and for us non techies how to work the fire pit. The beds are amazingly comfortable and all the rooms have great walk in closet space. We cannot recommend this house enough for couples or a nice family vacation. We have booked already to come back. Bravo

Palm Desert at its best!

We have been going to Palm Desert for the past 12 years and have rented this house at least 6 times. It is the best! Spotlessly clean. Beautiful rooms, comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen, wonderful pool and spa and the location is perfect for easy access to shops, restaurants, golf courses etc. Debbie, the owner, and Bonnie, the property manager are extremely gracious and helpful. I enthusiastically recommend this property.

We have been visiting for the past 25 years to enjoy the desert climate. We chose this location for it's proximity to El Paseo the shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Due to the large lot it is perfect to enjoy the outdoor living. Its like your own personal resort.

People can expect privacy and with the house new can expect all the most up to date appliances and technology of HD ready televisons and sound system. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with 36' grill within the large landscaped back yard. Relax in the pebble tech pool and waterfall spa.
