This cozy apartment is just a few blocks to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, the hottest destination in Phoenix. You can walk to restaurants, shopping and bars. Please note the pool is not heated.

The apartment contains a Smart TV to stream your favorite apps, High Speed Wi-Fi, a memory foam mattress and other high end furnishings to keep guests comfortable during their stay as well as a game console and board games!

This apartment welcomes friends and family of all ages. We put time and effort into making sure everything is readily accessible to our guests without having to search for things. Note that while the kitchen and flooring of this apartment is new, its located in a very cool, 1960's apartment building with original walls and ceiling.

*Please note that in the summer months, there are bugs from time to time. Please keep doors closed at all times and food away. We have this property professionally serviced for bugs frequently, but they do sometimes sneak inside.

Would stay again

Had a great stay. The location is walking distance to old town Scottsdale and about a mile from the W and fashion square. The apartments are older, but a great spot. Neighbors are quiet and the complex is quiet. The lock on the sliding glass door was difficult to open, but I was told by the property manager (I believe) a new one was coming this week. The hosts were great and very willing to try ti accommodate early check in. The inside of the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not stay in the apartment for long periods of time and were mainly out and exploring. I would recommend this location and will be staying again. Great for 2 people and a weekend getaway!

Very nice and quiet overall except for a small glitch, see below.

To the owners, there are a couple of problems in the bathroom, the shower was not working, because there was no stopper on the faucet to push the water up to the showerhead. So I had to Use the bathtub only. Also, the bathroom sink was very slow in draining, and the pull stop is broken. Minor problems that I was able to work around, but other guests might not like it.

Disappointed

Positives: Bedding was clean, towels clean, updated appliances. Very friendly permanent residents. Covered parking Negatives: Property was dirty, with unsafe, wobbly kitchen chairs, curtains falling off railing, dirty patio doors, dirty dishes on arrival, had to wash. Pigeon poop on pool deck, in pool, on patio furniture. Dirty pool, no batteries in smoke alarm and no extras available, no insuite laundry, coin washer and dryer only. No regular TV, you must have your own Netflix, Disney, etc.

There is a wonderful community pool, it is not heated, but easily can be enjoyed in the Arizona sun! Enjoy your time in our fully equipped kitchen, playing on our game console, or watching Netflix and Prime TV shows.
