Easy 4 min walk from the light rail station. Downtown Seattle is 1 mile away or simply see the city from the Space Needle.

Beautiful place//great for a group

Had a lovely time at Marbella Lane with a 7 of my friends over labor day weekend. Great beds for everyone, a nice outdoor space with a grill and plenty of space for all of us to congregate.

Diamond in the Rough

The house itself was charming but the state of the house was so disappointing. I've been in touch with the agent so hopefully they will address issues. It needed a good cleaning inside and out as well as pest control. Lacked screens on windows, exterior railings were rotted, lack of kitchen linens, non-functional smoke detectors, a broken window above a bed, the list goes on. Beware - the neighborhood is loud and there is limited parking, despite the "free parking" statement in the listing. TV was unusable - listed as Smart TV but no one could figure it out. Worst of all, they charged us an additional amount per day for a 4 year old as we were over the 8 person max, despite having 4 beds, 2 of them king size.

Charming Home and a Great Location!

Beautiful old home full of wood and amazing architectural finishes. Plenty of space, nice bathrooms and a small backyard where we had a little BBQ protected from the rain. Great place and would definitely stay there again!

Nice house, but dirty and with security issues. I’d avoid this place.

The house has a lot of charm, but there were significant cleanliness and security issues. There were dishes covered in old food in the cupboards and at least one glass that still had red wine in it. There was a window that did not close, which would make it easy to break into, and side door that had a broken deadbolt (the doorknob lock worked though). It felt like this was a loved house at one point that has been taken over by an incompetent management company.
