This three-bedroom Okemo condo is located in the Solitude Village community. It offers a great ski-in/ski-out location on the Moonshadow trail. This is a great place to enjoy beautiful, panoramic views of Okemo Valley and all the comforts of home.

Solitude Village is conveniently located on the mountain and when you book this retreat, you and your friends will have easy access to the Solitude Express quad lift and the Morning Star lift. Solitude Village offers a Lodge with several amenities which will appeal to skiers and non-skiers alike. The Lodge has an indoor/outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, locker rooms, and ping pong.

You’ll love returning from the slopes to this cozy abode where you can kick back in the living room and enjoy the TV and the warm glow of the fireplace. Prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen and gather around the table to enjoy your feast. At night, choose from the three beautifully-outfitted bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Not Clean

The location is great. When we got there there was a pillowcase full of dirty towels left in the front room. There was a dishwasher full of dishes. I think they were clean, but the house didn’t have dish soap so I’m not sure if it was run with soap or not. The furniture is very rickety. It was clear the floor wasn’t vacuumed and a comforter was stained with a very large stain. I contacted the company about the floor dirtiness and the comforter and was told the maintenance/cleaning team would be contacted, but didn’t hear anything after that. The washer didn’t work properly (it wouldn’t spin the extra water out). The ski locker was jammed closed and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathrooms. The master shower’s grout is very old/dirty looking. Gross.

Great place, great location, bad property management.

First of all. I want to start this review by saying we enjoyed this place and location and this review is based on our dealings with vacasa directly and should not reflect on the property owner. First issue was with check in. We arriving after checkin time we wsed given the incorrect code. We had to call without successful contact for about 5 minutes. Finally, we were able to get in with the correct code after standing in subzero temperatures for about 7-10 minutes. Second issue came on day 2 when trying to wash clothes. The washer didn't spin leaving our clothes soaking wet. Mind you there was a review in December 2023 saying the washer didn't work. I reached out asking specifically about this issue 2 weeks prior to our arrival and was told that all the amenities were up to date and if it didn't work it wouldn't be listed. After contacting them about the broken washer we were told someone local would come on Tuesday to fix it. Tuesday night, I called vacasa back because no one called or came to check it out. I was told that they would come Wednesday at 11. They got there about 12:30 pm on Wednesday and it was a broken belt that had to be ordered. The repair person told us to contact vacasa for compensation because it wouldn't be fix before check out on Friday. I did with the only reaponse being that they are contacting local management and they would get back to me once they heard back from local management. We are still waiting. Almost 2 weeks later.

Beautiful place

The place was beautiful and clean and comfortable. The spa and pool also great and close by. The washing machine and keyless entry didn’t work, everything else was lovely!

True ski in/ski out with fantastic view

Great location and a true ski in/ski out property on Okemo. We were very happy with the location. The house was cozy and well equipped. We loved the fireplace - it was nice to come in from a cold day of skiing and starting a fire to warm up. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plenty for what we needed to cook our meals. We only ran into 2 issues during our stay. The washer and dryer are a bit dated, therefore the dryer took quite a while to actually dry anything you put in it. The other issue was that we had no hot water one the last night of our stay. I contacted Vacasa to report the issue, but wasn’t given a timeframe for when the hot water would be fixed (of note, this was the entire building who was out of hot water, not just our unit). We did have hot water again by the morning. We would definitely consider a return visit to this place again! Thank you for having us!
