Welcome to this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1-story, 950 sq. ft. ground floor luxury home with french doors that open to a large terra cotta tile patio. A peek-a-boo ocean view is available from which you can see the Pacific Ocean sunsets.


This property is just a short walk to the beach. It features a beautiful, spacious front patio which is easily accessible through the great room. Here you can dine al fresco to relax and recharge in comfortable seating between your various adventures. A barbecue grill makes meal making easy when it needs to be.


This spacious home has a large interior great room inspired by a Scandinavian beach house with modern clean lines and tasteful decor. This room features a living room with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV and a large comfortable seating cluster from which to enjoy it. French doors open up to the outside front patio to let you experience an easy inside/outside living space.


There is also an inside dining table that seats 6, which is right next to an all new high-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, quartz countertop and fresh white cabinetry. A kitchen bar with 3 high-top tools provides plenty of additional seating. It is easy to satisfy your culinary desires here as it has all the appliances and amenities you need to create meals and snacks for everyone. Just add the food and have fun enjoying one another and this lovely vacation spot.


This home has 2 bedrooms - a master king bedroom and a queen guest bedroom - both of them spacious and very comfortable. Each room has a large walk-in glass shower and vanity sinks. Each bedroom has its own mini-split A/C unit as well. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.


Additional amenities include WIFI, washer and dryer in the unit, plenty of beach toys to use and available driveway and street parking.

San Clemente apartment
Vacasa This was our second time staying here with our two little kids. The local Vacasa staff Scott and Michael were super helpful and responded to issues that arose really quickly. For one, the dishwasher wasn’t cleaning dishes. They replaced the selfish washer within days. If things were missing, they brought them over quickly. The vacuum wasn’t working either and they brought a new one. The climate control wasn’t working and neither was one fan and one overhead light. We assume the owner did not want to pay for repairs. They were working last year. There was one space heater but not enough for both bedrooms and living room. FYI the upstairs tenants aren’t intentionally loud but the building is just not well insulated/soundproofed. If you’ve got littles taking naps or a light sleeper, pack your white noise machine! To be honest, overall the apartment feels a bit tired. The carpet and couch feel a bit dirty from lots of use over time. However, the rest of the apartment felt clean. There were less items in the kitchen than last year such as no more Tupperware and only a few mugs. To summarize: helpful local staff, tired but generally clean apartment and great location.

Thank you for the good time we had at your apartment in Granada. It's so close to the beach we could just walk to, and it was good exercise too. We also walked along the trail of San Clemente Pier, which were the best walks. You couid also walk to Del Mar St which is the main street in downtown were we found some of the best restaurants. And on the weekends the Trolley passed right in front of us so we could go for a free ride to the Outlets and other places. The apartment was very comfortable for staying home too, it has good internet for meetings or work and enough space for cooking. It has everything you need!
