Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with ocean and coastline views from many rooms, this 5 -bedroom, 5 -bath plus 2-half baths, 3205 sq. ft., 2-story home has a pool/spa, soaring ceilings, and a large deck surrounding the pool with places to sit and sun-bathe or dine outside - all while basking in the beautiful ocean views.



This lovely, remodeled home in the desirable La Jolla Alta area also has a den with a ping pong and pool table. Its 29,000 square foot lot gives children lots of room to play. This home is particularly suitable for a family vacationing with lots of kids as there are 2 kiddy rooms each with a twin trundle and bunks and an en suite bath. A traveling nanny/housekeeper could also be comfortable here too.



Enter this home and find yourself looking at a beautiful modern staircase surrounded by a spacious great room with views and access to the outside from every area in this room. A beautiful 12-seat dining room overlooks the grassy side yard with a patio with an al fresco dining table for 6 just beyond the Catalina doors - that open fully to the outdoor space.



Next to the dining area is a beautiful living room with a large flat screen TV, and a large comfortable seating cluster from which you can enjoy both the TV and the beautiful view. There is a stunning modern kitchen here with a large island with 3 high top stools and a casual dining table too - a great place for snacks and more informal eating times.



The spacious king master bedroom has inside and outside seating areas from which you can enjoy sweeping views - which you can also do from the bed. It also has an en suite bath.



There is a queen guest bedroom with an en suite bath and 3 additional bedrooms with a total of 6 beds which are some combination of twin trundles and bunk beds. The third additional bedroom is a nanny's quarter off the garage with twin bunk beds and its own full bath. A comfortable den has a large seating cluster with a large flat screen TV and a queen sofa sleeper, so this home comfortably sleeps 11 in beds. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are always comfortable.



Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, air conditioning, a washer and dryer for your use, and 1 garage parking space and additional street parking, and it is near the ocean.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
