2BR Home w/ Pvt Office & Near Hospital/Downtown

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near Memorial Hospital, we put so many cool, blue touches into this home that we proudly call it, “Old Navy.” We hope you’ll call it “home” during your extended stay in the Savannah area.

Old Navy lies about 15 minutes’ drive from downtown Savannah & River Street. The beach at Tybee Island is 30 minutes away, as is Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport. Shopping, restaurants, even Savannah’s lovely botanical gardens are close by.

The home has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a dedicated office with a desk and office chair. The bedrooms have a king-sized bed and a queen. The office has two desks and a couch, and an extra monitor is available for business users.

The back yard is fenced, and there is a patio table with chairs and an umbrella, should guests wish to sit outside with their pets.

Wi-Fi and laundry is available. Please be advised that they are shared with guests in the studio apartment in the back yard.

We have a septic system and we ask that you not throw any items other than toilet paper in the toilet as it will clog the system.

During Summer, please keep vents in all rooms open and don't close them. Hot air raises, so during the day, best to keep fans circulating to produce air movements throughout the house.

This home rents for 30 nights or more. Starter supplies are provided, but guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.

For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.

Pets are welcome. Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and Wolf Hybrids. Violators of the pet policy will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.
