There is so much to see & do on Marco Island between the beaches, boating, fishing, and restaurants, but you are sure to want to stay home to enjoy the downtime in the pool, waterfall spa, & lanai of this great Marco house.

Quiet cul-de-sac with a neighborhood feeling near the Marco YMCA. A quick 2 mile ride or Uber gets you to beaches and the commercial strips of Restaurants & shops.

1 Mile away is the southern Publix, Walgreens, breakfast spot, and more so that you can skip the crowds when you want.

Fort Myers airport is best.

You will likely want to rent a car for the week for the flexibility to get to shops & restaurants which most have good parking.

The house does have 7 bicycles of various sizes, and many other modes of transportation are available for rent on the island from multiples businesses.

The House is 2 miles from the main public beach in front of the strip of hotels. Public beach access is near the Marriott as well as a southern entrance. Parking down there can be tough, but it is an easy bike ride, or when bringing gear, uber may be the best option. Everything on the island is close and only $6-$12 away for a beach commute or evening dining & entertainment. Tigertail beach has parking, and has its own feel with a wildlife sanctuary and a more secluded exploring beach walk.

Please keep noise to a respectful level after 9:30pm to respect other guests or neighbors.

Tarpon Fishing Trip (3 guys)

Wonderful house. Very clean. Comfortable interior/furniture. Awesome location. Neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and quiet. Plenty of great restaurant options nearby. Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Washing machine/dryer are modern and excellent. The A/C worked great and the whole house was ridiculously comfortable. Pool is gorgeous. Kitchen, appliances, and all bathrooms worked perfectly. WiFi was great. Easy check in/out process once the company sent me the itinerary. The only dilemma that occurred was that I was not notified by the host to confirm my booking. I tried to message the host to get a confirmation and check in itinerary and didn’t get a response. I included my cell ph# in hopes that the host would contact me directly but I eventually had to call the company phone number, give them my info, they contacted the host, and then the information was relayed to me…..Everything else was absolutely spectacular!! -Scott H, Ann Arbor, Michigan

Wonderful stay!

The place is very comfortable and well-kept. The owner was easy to reach; as we were trying to figure out the spa/pool controls - a cheat sheet would be handy for this. Otherwise, all the other amenities were perfect. The driveway is very tight, so plan on (2) mid-size to compact cars to fit into it. There is no parking on the street or over sidewalks and they need to fit into the driveway. Thank you!

Beautiful home. Some minor issues discussed with the owner and to be fixed after our stay. Owner extremely good at returning text messages. Overall a beautiful home. I would love to stay there again!!
