This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, located on the ocean block in midtown Ocean City, was recently updated in 2019 with new furniture, new linens, and new accessories. Enjoy free WiFi, HDTVs with more than 130 channels (including HBO), a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and a large front balcony.

The Starfish II is an award-winning (landscaping), ocean block property. Here in midtown Ocean City, not only will you enjoy fantastic walking access to the beach - you'll be within blocks of popular restaurants, casual eateries, bustling nightlife, the convention center, and all sorts of great shops and conveniences.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location!

This rental was great! Close to the beach, parking included, first floor! Everything was great! Went with 5 adults and 3 kids under 8 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Within walking distance of 7/11, Mini Golf, Fractured Prune, Bayside Skillet, Odyssea Pontoon Rental, and more! Also working with Vacasa was seamless and easy, just take note of the check in and check out times as they are different than a standard hotel, (our check in was 4 and check out at 10).

Great with slight issues

For the most part, me and my family enjoyed this rental. It seemed clean when we got there. They owners provided linens, which made packing a little easier since we were bringing enough stuff. I also like that they provided shampoo, soap, dish detergent, and pacs for the washing machine. The negatives, my dad found a mouse in the master bathroom that he had to dispose of. After that I was on alert for the rest of the stay, but I didn’t see anymore. Also, while everyone was at the beach and my sister-in-law was alone in the rental working, she told us that 2 men tried to enter the rental, making up some story about doing maintenance. When sister-in-law told them she was going to call the owner to verify their story, the 2 men quick left. Since I like to look at the bright side of things, the trip was good overall. There were some hiccups, but nothing that ruin the trip, especially since nothing happened with those strange men.

Perfect for what we needed

This home was a great affordable option for a fun beach trip. We had everything we needed and when there was a problem with the AC it was addressed in a timely fashion so we could had a perfectly wonderful and comfortable time. The proximity to beach access and the quiet atmosphere was amazing. My only complaint is a personal preference one and that was the master mattress was VERY firm but everything else was so great I barely cared . Would definitely stay again with an egg crate! Thanks for a great trip!
