Beautifully situated on the top floor with vaulted ceilings and a view of the ocean, this three-bedroom condo right on the boardwalk has been meticulously furnished to meet your every need. Enjoy the beach, the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, and incredible nightly sunsets from your 28-foot balcony.
Find a secure entry to the parking garage and the building itself, as well as outdoor showers on the ground level that allow you to rinse off without waiting on your way up from the beach. Inside, this condo is perfect for a group of couples or a family. The kitchen was upgraded in 2020 with new dishes, pots, pans, glassware, utensils, and everything you might need to prepare a gourmet meal. In addition to a regular coffee pot, there are Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers as well as a toaster oven. Throughout, this condo was designed to meet the most exacting standards.
Each bedroom has its own TV and adjoining bathroom. The primary bedroom features a new pillow-top mattress, while the primary bathroom has a jetted tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, and a double sink vanity. The second bedroom also features a pillow-top bed; the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed.
On the grounds of the property, you'll enjoy access to an outdoor swimming pool on the boardwalk side of the fifth floor and a fitness center on the same floor as the condo.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
