Phoenix V has amenities galore at this Penthouse Level, Gulf Front, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home! Your Family Vacation Memories are waiting to be made! Phoenix V 1512 is ready to host your energetic crew with every activity you could imagine with a Heated Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Splash Pad, Sauna, Gym, Hot Tubs, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Racquet Ball Room, Meeting Space, and Private Beach! There is just so much to do without leaving the complex! This home sits on the top floor with raised ceilings and a spacious floor plan. The Primary Suite provides a King Size Bed, Gulf Front Balcony Access, and a private full bathroom. Guest Bedroom #1 contains 2 twin size beds for the youngsters and Guest Bedroom #2 holds 2 Queen Size Beds for the "Bigger Kids"! Both Guest Bedrooms share the Full-Size Bath located just off the hallway. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to create some tasty meals! Step out on the Large, Gulf Facing Balcony and listen to the waves and soak in the Spectacular View while the family enjoys all what this great complex has to offer!
*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant. More info on this is included after booking.
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

Great Views and Plenty of Space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great time for Spring Break. The unit was very clean when we arrived. Any questions I had were answered very quickly by Celebrity Vacation Rentals. Communication was easy with their team. The unit was clean and had plenty of space for my whole family to enjoy. The unit had everything we needed in terms of pots, pans, plates, etc. The location was great - very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The best part was the view on the balcony. Every day was so relaxing hearing the ocean waves. We had bad weather for a couple of days, but the views of the ocean were still amazing. They have an indoor pool and hot tub area that we were able to use during the bad weather. However, 2 of the 3 hot tubs were not hot or even warm at all. There's plenty to do with all the amenities of the building - racquetball, tennis court/pickle ball, basketball. There's plenty to occupy kids outside. The splash pad area and outdoor pool is nice for young kids.Checking in and out was very easy. The unit itself might need a little updating in terms of bathroom and kitchen, but overall the decor was cute and the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The wifi connection was great especially for times when we weren't able to enjoy outside while it was raining. I would definitely stay here again. For the price, the cleanliness, the great view, and great location.

Great location, enjoyed our stay very much!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took the bedding off the bed as that is what it says on the instructions by the phone. Maybe that part should be crossed off if that's not necessary. We wanted to be safe, not sorry. Also, in the master sink area there is a bad spot on the right corner of the ceiling as you face the mirror. Maybe there's a leak from the roof. Carpet in dining area to the bedroom is very badThese aren't criticisms, just FYIs for you. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the layout and roominess of the unit. Beautiful view and balcony. Nice open living area. Big master and nice sized other 2 bedrooms. If it had been more updated, we would have had to pay so much more. We were very satisfied. Thank you for our being able to rent from you. We would come again. Karen B

Fantastic rental

This rental was clean and in the perfect location for us. We had a spectacular view. Check in and check out were both so easy. Parking was not a problem. From our unit I could watch large fish swim close to the vacationers near the more shallow area.and also see dolphins further out in the ocean. We used the indoor pool a lot and it was a hit since it was cooler than we had hoped. We would definitely stay again in the future!
