Adventure awaits at this darling, second-floor condo located just a few miles west of downtown Gatlinburg. Here, you can prepare your favorite meals in the compact, though well-equipped kitchen, dine together at the pub-height table, and then channel surf in the glow of the wood-burning fireplace. A sofa bed in the living area provides an extra sleeping space. This vacation rental also includes a furnished balcony where you can start each days with a mug of fresh coffee in-hand as the sun kisses the mountains.

On-site, you and your guests will also have access to shared on-site laundry facilities.

THINGS TO KNOW
Firewood is not provided. Guests can purchase it locally at gas stations or grocery stores. Fireplaces are only available for use from October through April.
Due to the location, cell service is limited at this home.
The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather-permitting.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
