This third-floor oceanfront condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation on the Emerald Coast! Step through the front door to find a sunny, bright living area with lots of comfortable seating and a TV. The bright feeling continues in the well-equipped kitchen, which has everything you need for preparing snacks or a full meal. You can dine at the fun built-in seating nook or take your meal outside on your private balcony. It’s just steps to the beach, or choose the shared oceanfront pool and, if you feel like cooking alfresco, there’s a shared bbq area as well. At the end of a beach day, step back out on your balcony and listen as the waves lap the shore below.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
