HOUSE RULES AND HELPFUL INFORMATION.
WELCOME
- This is 1 master bed room rent with private bathroom, other common areas are shared.
- It is a Self-check-in, with the keypad, check in information will be provided the day of your check in.
- Please check all items before using them. Report immediately if there are any damages or losses as soon as possible.
- A legal copy of your Driver’s license is required, ID, Or PASSPORT TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY.
- Nightly rates are for 2 guests only max/ per night.
- The external house is protected through the surveillance security camera system agent at all 36o degrees. All Cameras are 100% outside
- DO NOT TOUCH CAMERAS, SMOKE DETECTORS, OR ANY SENSORS. Do not UNPLUG ANY PLUGGED OUTLETS ....CTC. If this happens and we called someone to come and repair or fix it, you will be liable for the costs.
- External camera locations are (at the front, on the side, in the backyard, and on the other side of the house street, driveway street)
- Unauthorized guests are not allowed in the house
- the house code for access will be provided on the day of your check-in day couple of hours before your check-in.
- Remember to close the front door always. It is automatically controlled and operated, if we see for any reason you forgot to lock it, We will go ahead and lock it for you. But if “when it is unlocked “, someone gets in the house and you lose items, “we are not responsible” even though the neighborhood is very safe.
- At the pool, for kids' safety, NO KIDS ARE ALLOWED UNATTENDED (under 18 years old) The pool is your own risk. Please leave your kids away from the pool if they can’t Swim.
- No drugs or any illegal activities in the house. If management or host notice any drugs, smell or suspicious activities in the room, host has right to access the room and ask the guest what is going on. If guest is not cooperative, cops will be called and you will be terminated right away.
- NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY AT ALL WHAT SO EVER, Other guests must rest and enjoy the property as well.
- If neighbors complain about your noise, and you don't stop after the warning, we will terminate your stay. So please respect the other guests, neighbors and the neighborhood's quietness.
- Host must be notified of any additional guests, no surprises as our cameras are active and recording outside.
- Unauthorized guests ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SWIMM unless they pay. If you want them to swim there is a $69/person/day charge.
- NO DRINKS, GLASSES, OR FOOD BY THE POOL. Breaking the rules will be subject to additional charges or immediate termination.
- If the management or the owner is not comfortable with the guest for any reason, and the guest is not cooperating or not responding to solve the issues, the Management/ owner has the right to terminate the contract or to take a legal action, call the cops and remove the guest.
- Neighbors are not allowed to enter the property for any reason.
- Refusing to cooperate with all the house rules will cause legal action, termination, or no access to the property.

Not a good experience!

The biggest problem with this place was the constant surveillance and lack of privacy from about 5 cameras including one that was inside!!! Which violates VRBO's privacy policy! Spent the entire first night arguing with the host about these privacy policies and had to spend about 3 hours on the phone with VRBO until 2:00 AM until it was finally agreed that the inside camera was not appropriate and violated the policy. Also disappointed with VRBO who repeatedly told me that I would be contacted by a supervisor which to this date still has not happened. If you value your privacy at all I would highly recommend against this place. We've stayed at multiple VRBO's and have never had an experience like this. In the amenities section it stated it had towels, grill, kitchen supplies. This was not fully accurate, there was a grill with no propane. When the manager was contacted about the grill being unusable due to no propane tank, they dropped off a propane tank and then messaged we would need double to buy AA batteries to use it. There were no grill utensils either. There was minimal plates, bowels and silver ware. We will not be staying there again, and would not recommend.

Entering this cozy and charming house, you are welcomed into a spacious family house that has a 75" Samsung TV with a clear and unforgettable sound system and tones of TV channels, Smart Alexa Bluetooth stereo, and millions of music for family-fun entertainment, as well as a workspace desk and high-speed wireless internet for your home and business needs. 1 Private room and office upstairs for work and nap time.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to make home-cooked meals and a comfortable dining area that seats six. Afterward, relax in the cozy living room that looks out onto the pool and backyard. The washer and dryer are just off the living room inside the garage. The master bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a door that leads directly out to the patio and backyard area. The comfy second bedroom with a queen bed has a direct view of the backyard area. The cute third bedroom has a queen-sized bed had a direct view of the side yard. The second bathroom is easily accessible by all in the hallway.

The house is stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable: Pots pans, dishes and glassware, cooking and dining utensils, Keurig/coffee maker combo, toaster, blender, along with a spice rack, coffee, laundry, and dishwasher detergent, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Iron and ironing board(in the laundry room), as well as child bathtub-and-play toys and a baby changing pad, are also provided.
