This open concept condo feels spacious with the layout of the great room, kitchen, lanai with triple sliding doors and entertains nicely should you have friends visit.

Let’s not forget to mention while relaxing in the great room you will enjoy the 55-inch HD Smart TV and it is wall mounted with a full rotating mount, so you can even watch the Big Game from the Lanai. If you have extra overnight guests, we have a queen size sofa sleeper with a comfortable gel memory foam mattress.

We designed the Master Suite to take advantage of the extra wide window that comes with the end unit, so you can lay in bed and see the water. In the Master Suite you will find a plush king size bed, 55-inch HD Smart TV, desk area for remote work or you can use it as an extra place to get ready for a night out on the town. The master bath can be accessed from the main hallway for visiting guests.

Riverside Marco is a gated community, secure building with elevators, free parking and has excellent amenities. The community has 2 large water front pools, hot tub spas, tennis, pickleball, fishing from the docks, on site laundry facilities on each floor, car wash area and more.

Great vacation!

The place was amazing!! Beautiful done and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location was great to walk to a couple restaurants for an evening. (Snooks and The Tiki Bar) Bikes available to us, we biked and walked the beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning. The view is beautiful! We will be back and can’t wait to plan our next vacation. Check in and check out was a breeze ! No stress vacation…. The best !!

Another 5 star vacation

This was our second time staying at Tranquility. Another great stay! The views from the lanai the sunrise, dolphins, pelicans and boats are mesmerizing. Kim and the team are great. We are returning next year.

Our Marco experience!!!

Condo was updated & very nice & comfy! Kitchen had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a very nice surprise! Having the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels was wonderful! We loved the area, walking distance to many restaurants. The lanai was where we had our morning coffee, watching the dolphins in the water & the many boats going up & down the water was so relaxing! We will definitely be back

It was difficult to leave tranquility!,

The view from the lanai was mesmerizing. Loved watching the dolphins, pelicans and boats. We became early morning risers to catch the stunning sunrises. There are sunsets from your front door. Riverside condos are an easy walk to several restaurants and other amenities. Fabulous overall location. Kim and the team thought of everything, lovely touches everywhere! Having basics necessities toilet paper, paper towel, and dish detergent upon arrival allows you to start your vacation without an immediate need to shop. Well equipped for enjoying the beach. They were a pleasure to deal with from booking, to check in until we left. This was absolutely a five star experience. So wonderful we already booked for next year! Paula & John

great view and nice updated property.

Both the condo itself and the amenities in the building were clean and well cared for. The view all day from the lanai is spectacular, from the morning sunrise, to the dolphins and pelicans at play.

The owner of TRANQUILITY, Doug just loved his visits to Marco Island and enjoys the peace he feels when gazing out at all the beautiful boats and water. In the fall of 2021 when this unit #E-501 came for sale he knew he had to purchase it because it was a rare corner unit with all the extra windows. He lives nearby in Naples just a few miles from TRANQUILITY and excited to be sharing his beautiful condo with others to build their own great memories on Marco Island.
