You will have use of the entire property including back yard, hot tub, fire pit table and picnic area. Also included are pellet and gas BBQs and a hibachi/teppanyaki grill. Well stocked kitchen with super-automatic espresso maker (plug in milk carafe and push a button - machine does the rest!) Extra refrigerator and freezer in garage for additional storage needs. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two living rooms (both living rooms have queen size sofa beds). Laundry room in garage.
