The living room offers plenty of room to gather around the 75-inch UHD TV with surround sound system and wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy gorgeous mountain views from the dining area. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils needed to whip up memorable meals and snacks. Right off the living area is a small office-like nook with a desk with a printer to work from home. Speaking of working from home, this home features super high-speed Internet and WiFi. The small balcony off the living room is a great place to admire the views from another point of view. With three bedrooms and three newly updated bathrooms with new vanities, wonderful Kohler toilets, and fixtures, this home is simply out of this world!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
