We loved the carriage house

We had such a wonderful stay. Callie was very responsive and had the unit stocked with any amenities we could have needed. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable.

ADORABLE AND COZY

This is by far the best VRBO experience we have had. The listing is exactly as reported and better than imagined. Clean, comfortable and absolutely perfect. Clawfoot tub and remote fireplace was welcome during this very cold stay. Thank you to our wonderful host we are over the moon about your cottage !!

Great location!

The carriage house is a cute little apartment right off the square. Beautifully decorated! A/C works wonderfully and the next day a cold front came thru and we were able to utilize the electric fireplace, so warm and cozy. We were so close to downtown, a very short and easy walk to dinner and shopping. Several dining options, live music, a winery and even an ice cream shop just steps from your front door. Outside the sitting area was so spacious, we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard under the string lights, so romantic. Overall a great place to stay. I was also amazed how quiet and peaceful the weekend nights were even being that close to a bustling downtown. Will definitely be back!

Cute & clean!

This was the cutest place we’ve stayed in a while! Callie pays close attention to all of the details! We loved being just a few minutes walk to downtown! Sulphur Springs is such a charming town and this Vrbo was the cherry on the cake! We will definitely be staying here again! Callie was also very quick to communicate and accommodate. Amazing hostess!

A Hidden Gem!

After a very long drive from San Antonio, it was refreshing to step into the home and just take the load off. I am a Texas native and lived here all my life until a job change that had me move. I have missed Texas so much. The food, the atmosphere, the people. It brought back a-lot of fond memories. This town is so cute and the house is absolutely adorable and it truly is a hidden Gem. Callie was THE best host I think I’ve ever had doing VRBOs. She really took a lot of time and effort into making the place just adorable and functional down to smallest details (toilet paper lol). You can tell that she has probably been a guest herself before (on the road), and therefore knows what you need. if I would/could have bought that property from her, I would have written her a check right then and there! And the people in town we’re just absolutely amazing and so sweet. Callie, I hope that you will host me again in the near future! The home was just beautiful, and that bed was to die for! Note to others—, do NOT go out and eat, and then lay on that bed because you WILL fall asleep with a food coma! Oh and the ceiling brought back A LOT of MEMORIES! Reminded me of my grannies home ;). If you’re ever in this area, please stay with Callie. She is amazing. Thank you again!! I cannot WAIT to return!!

Lovely place in the heart of town

We spent several days and really enjoyed our time at the carriage house. It was clean and had little touches that make a place special (extra hair ties, water in the fridge, tea/coffee set up, etc,). These are especially nice when you fly and can't bring everything you would want for a longer stay. The host told us about events happening in town during our stay. It's very close to the downtown area with cute restaurants and shops. The only thing that may be tough for some is accessibility. You have to climb stairs to enter the property and the bathtub is tall to step into. Not an issue for us, but may be for some.

Beautiful apartment in Sulpher Springs

I highly recommend Callie's place in Sulpher Springs that is located in a prime location- it took me 2 minutes to walk to the downtown square, where great restaurants are located and plenty of shopping. The apartment had to be decorated by an interior designer, it's that stunning. It has an electric fireplace that is a true bonus. Callie is the best host that I've encountered. The place is a real gem!

Perfect getaway

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway with the wife. It was very clean, perfect walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. Great fireplace and perfect setting for the two of us. Callie was super helpful and great with communicating. Definitely will be back!

Fabulous place!

We were very impressed with this property! It was super cute and very clean. The bed was comfortable and decor was really quaint. Would have liked a shower mat to step on but that's my only suggestion. Absolutely will be staying here again when we return!

This place is a gem!

Perfect location, adorable property! It was impeccably clean and organized. There was ample off-street parking. Check-in information (door code) was provided at exactly the time of check-in and access was a simple keypad. Wall A/C unit plus ceiling fan plus table fan in the room was awesome--it kept the room cool, but it also provided great air circulation and white noise. We walked to the square (it was a block away) for all the wonderful shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
