• No smoking
• No events, parties or large gatherings
• Quite hours: 10pm to 9am in this family oriented community
• Must be at least 25 years old to book
• Check-in time: 4pm, Check-out time: 10am. Late check-out incurs a fee of $50 per hour.
• Sleep 12 (8 adults, 4 kids) max. Unregistered guests will incur a fee of $100 per person.
• Fire is not allowed anywhere in the house except for grilling area
• Do not engage any illegal activities on the property

• PARKING: 2 driveways under the house one in the front and one on the side, fits up to 4 cars

• The front door has an electronic lock, you will be provided the code 1 day before check-in

-- GUEST INTERACTION --
• This house is owned and managed by me and my wife, no Property Manager. If you encounter any issue or need anything to make your stay the best experience, we are here to help, answer your call personally
• We’re available via phone call, text or email from 8am CST to 11pm CST.

-- SECURITY --
• For our safety and yours, there are 2 security cameras that automatically record audio and video of the exterior of the property. One at the entrance and one on the side door, both point towards the driveway. The camera DOES NOT point toward any interior spaces.
• These cameras are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time.

• Pet fee $250 per stay (up to 2 dogs)
• Additional $50 for cleaning fee
• Must be fully trained
• Must dispose of pet feces accordingly
• Crated indoor when not home with pet
• If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
• Not allow on furniture, beddings, pool
• Any damages made by pets; you will be liable for.

• No refunds will be given for weather, so please plan accordingly, including being prepared with food. We recommend our guests to purchase travel insurance.
• No parking on the sand dunes around the house.
• 20 mins away from all attractions, big restaurants. We have 2 small groceries and 2 local restaurants within 5 mins drive from the house.
• Security Deposit of $300 will be hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in and release 3 days after check-out. You may be charged up to $300 for any damages.
• Read and sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking, which will be sent by 3C Vacation Homes via email.

Great visit to Fort Morgan!
Very clean, had all the essentials we could have hoped for. The foosball table was a big hit. We had six adults and five kids and were very comfortable.

Spring Break
Had a great time at this property! We had 2 families staying for SB, with a mix of adults, teens, preteens and children. The proximity of the pools, clubhouse and tennis courts/bball hoops was perfect for us as we could keep an eye on the kids from the front porch. The beach was an easy block away and not as busy as beaches we were on prior to this stay! The neighborhood was great. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked and the property owners were wonderful to deal with! Highly recommend checking out Fort Morgan and Bon Secour!

Great place to stay!
The property was beyond expectations. The house itself was totally clean, had a great variety of sleeping spaces, and was well-stocked with pantry items, which came in handy on the second night when I used the grill and had plenty of oil and spices to use. The house is plenty close to the pool and beach, which made trips to both so easy and convenient. Also, Hung was very helpful with recommendations to Sassy Bass for dinner on night 1. Would stay again easily.
