Cozy and Quiet Catalina Foothills Condo With Stunning Mountain Views!

Enjoy some of the best mountain views from sunrise to sunset from this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2nd story vibrant Catalina foothills condo. The balcony features million-dollar views that are hard to beat! This unique area north of Tucson offers a safe, quiet sanctuary with amazing views of the stunning Santa Catalina mountains and surrounding plants and wildlife.

The master bedroom features a soft queen size bed with a memory foam topper and comfortable linens. Plenty of closet space and a dresser for all your wardrobe needs. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and a 50” smart TV.

The 2nd bedroom has a firm full-size bed with a memory foam topper and comfortable linens. This bedroom is colorfully decorated with a vibrant southwest flair and vintage local artwork. There is a small closet and a dresser in the 2nd bedroom, plenty of space for your clothes.

There is one full bathroom in the condo with bright yellow cheery walls and Mexican folk art décor. All bathroom linens such as bath towels, hand towels, face clothes and pool towels are provided. Bathroom hand soap is provided.

The kitchen features all brand new upgraded LG stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes a 12 cup coffee maker (coffee not included). There are many different kitchen cookware items including a crockpot, toaster and other essential pans and cookware.

Our condo has a brand new full size washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

Our condo has high speed internet access through Xfinity. There is a smart TV in the living room and in the master bedroom which allow you to access your own Netflix, Amazon Prime video, Hulu or other subscription account. We do not have cable access, but there is an antenna available on the living room TV which may access limited local channels (no guarantees!).

Since we accommodate longer stays and each guest has their own unique preference, we only provide a limited starter pack of certain supplies. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and dryer sheets. We do provide dish soap, dishwasher tablets and hand soap for guest use.

Our condo has added security with 2 deadbolt locks and a 2nd story location. Being on the 2nd floor there are steps (as pictured) and no elevator access. Additionally, there is a Ring camera doorbell located outside on the patio. However, this neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Although you may see a Javelina or 2 at night wandering around the grounds!

Our condo includes a basic first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm.

Our condo includes one free covered parking space just a short walking distance from the unit.

Our condo includes several informative books on things to do and see in Tucson and the best hiking trails! Feel free to look through these and find something fun to do! There are also games, crosswords and a deck of cards for those who like to hang out at home or on the beautiful balcony.

The community features a beautiful heated (November-April) community pool and hot tub. There is also a newly renovated fitness center and several outdoor gas grills for your use. Enjoy a sunset walk around the beautiful quiet surrounding neighborhood.

Our condo is close to nearby grocery and other stores- most within 1 mile. A car is recommended, but not necessary as there are Ubers, taxis and other ride services available. You can easily book a ride to a nearby grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Take out is also readily available from several different area restaurants and also through apps such as Door Dash and Uber eats. It’s only about a 5 minute drive to Tucson's incredible La Encantada shopping center that includes great shopping and upscale restaurants.

Our condo is cleaned thoroughly between each guest according to COVID guidelines. Additionally, our condo does have sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer stocked in the unit for guest use.

All occupants must abide by the association and house rules and agree to this by booking through AirBnb.

Our condo borders the DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun, a historic 10-acre property on the National Register of Historic Places. The grounds are free to roam and there is a small fee to enter the gallery- highly recommended!

There are several parks nearby with hiking and biking and also golfing.

We take pride in our condo and the unit is managed and well cared for by us. We live nearby and are available should you need something during your visit. We require a minimum of 28 days.
