Million dollar views from this new (Top)17th floor penthouse pristine cozy beach condominium at Sea Winds. 1100 sq foot condo 2 bedroom 2 full bath beach front condo on Marco Island. Newly purchased and renovated. Best location right on the beach, within walking distance 1/2 mile to 10 restaurants or enjoy 3 mile walk along the beach. Best beach location on Marco Island. Enjoy salt pool, hot tub, pickle ball, and tennis courts. Weekly or monthly rentals available. New comfortable beds, appliances, completely new furnished/decorated top to bottom, all the beach gear you need, and excellent cookware in fully stocked kitchen to enjoy all the conveniences of home. Stacked washer and dryer.
Master bedroom has new king bed and mattress. Second bedroom has 2 new queen bunk beds with pull out twin XL trundle. Pull out sofa with new memory foam mattress in the living room. Pack and play is also found in the master closet for use. Max allowed in condo is 6 persons per condo regulations.

Family get away

Brought our adults children down for the first time in marco we had a wonderful stay everything was clean and pool and hot tub was great so close to the beach would highly recommend this to anybody thank for opening up your house to usthanks again for hohomecoming down

Great place! Close to beach.

The condo was perfect for our family. Just 4 of us stayed in condo as we had family in other condos at same complex! The walk to beach was quick and easy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Condo had everything we needed and more!

Exceeded Expectations

Stayed here one week ago, and virtually everything was fantastic. The location and beach are ideal. Easy check-in and out, and communication with the host was fantastic. The unit had every small detail needed. Would certainly stay again.

Great place to stay

This is a great condo. The big positives - the view is amazing, nicely decorated, very clean, nice patio, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the condo, nice pool and beach area, plus the condo has everything you need for the beach (towels, chairs, noodles, beach bag, coolers, a few beach toys, etc. There was even a sun ninja for shade). Less positive things - it’s on the smaller side so bathroom vanities are small and the bedrooms don’t allow room for much drawer space for clothing. But the positives of this condo far outweigh the negatives. There is public beach access super close by so the beach got crowded at times but that wasn’t a big deal to us. We saw dolphins from our condo and manatee from the beach in front of the property. Sunsets are beautiful! There’s a great restaurant -Sunset Grill - right next door that is oceanfront with decent food and you can watch the sunset from their patio. Condo owners are very responsive! Check in/check out was super easy. We take beach vacations regularly and rent oceanfront condos each time - this one is probably in our top five. We highly recommend and would stay here again if we come back to Marco Island. Thanks to the owners for all you do to make this condo a home away from home.

We absolutely loved the location, beach and the condo! Michael was easy to work with and very understanding. The condo has everything you need and more. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing. We hope to be back again soon!

Stunning view in paradise

We just checked out from the most beautiful week. The condo and view is absolutely stunning. The condo has everything and more you could need. Everything is clean, new, and nice. I am very particular about where we stay and this exceeded expectations. My kids are already asking when we can go back and I’m already checking to book for next year! Thank you so much for a beautiful family vacation we will never forget.

Best sunset/ocean view on Marco Island

This condo had everything that you could need for your stay at the beach. Excellent location right on the beach, top floor. Beautiful ocean view and sunsets from the balcony! If you plan to cook, the kitchen is stocked with all the necessities. Close to all major restaurants also. The owner was quick to respond with any questions that we had. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary all week! We will definitely return to Marco again!!!

Penthouse 17th floor at Sea Winds. Best view ever! Perfect location to numerous restaurants. Condo was well stocked. King bedroom 👍 bedroom #2 had bunk beds that took up a lot of room.

Great location and sunset view from the balcony!

We loved staying in this 17th floor condo on Marco Beach. It is exactly as described and includes everything you need for the beach, cooking, pickleball and more.The furniture and beds are very comfortable, including the lounges on the balcony with cushions. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Marco Island.

So beautiful!

This condo provided a gorgeous place to spend time - and we were there a great deal, cooking and relaxing on the balcony watching dolphins, pelicans, people and sunsets! The 17th floor has gorgeous views, and the condo itself has beautiful, peaceful, lovely decor. We do almost all our own cooking and the kitchen supplied all the utensils and devices we could need. It is also walking distance to some of the island's well-known restaurants, including two that are accessible from the beach. The onsite staff is friendly and helpful. Hosts Michael and Tonya were easily available for any questions, and we even had the chance pleasure of meeting Michael while there. Thank you both for sharing your home in Paradise!

Everything you could desire!

Great, super clean, everything everything you could need, top floor, a condo. Loved the two chaise lounges on the lanai, and the table and chairs. Have everything you could need from coolers, sun, tent, beach, chairs, beach, toys, towels. Also an extremely well stocked kitchen Will definitely be repeat customers! Thanks for a wonderful week!!

Relaxing escape

We had a fabulous time from the moment we arrived! The place was clean and the beachy decor made it even more inviting. The hosts provided everything needed for our stay so we were able to just relax and enjoy the beautiful views and sounds of the sea. And the beds were so comfortable - I had the best week of sleep that I’ve had in years! The whole process was seamless and the hosts were quick to respond with any questions. I would love to come back and will definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Great Week in Marco Island

We had a fun and relaxing week in Marco Island. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 year old. The location is great, close to restaurants and you can’t beat being right on the ocean. Condo was well stocked and communication with the owner was great.

A perfect vacation

That view!! My husband and I absolutely loved everything about this condo. Comfortable & beautiful and steps from the beach. Plenty of room if we had wanted to bring the whole family. The washer/dryer in the unit was an added bonus. Definitely recommend!

It has always been a dream to have a condo on the ocean in Floridia. We love sharing our home and are here to welcome you to Marco Island and make your vacation and experience as wonderful as we can. From function to feel of the condo we hope you enjoy your stay.

There are only 2 main condo rentals on the beach in Marco Island that have 2 bedroom condos that allow weekly rentals. We are so excited to be a Sea Winds. They really take care of the condo unit throughout the years and the convenience is unbeatable. We use VRBO regularly with our vacation stays and excited to offer the best experience possible.

Quais são os elementos especiais deste alojamento?

Location, location, location, and beach for miles. This is the place to be in Marco Island. Not many rentals have a new comfortable king bed and queen beds, we really look for this when we are traveling with our family. The rooms are smaller 10x11 but the beds fit well within the rooms. When we stay with family or friends I prefer large comfortable beds and the black out curtains so we can really sleep and relax during the week and recharge. We also love to cook so we made sure the kitchen is fully stocked. All the beach essentials are in the storage unit for use 4 new beach chairs, a cart, umbrellas, beach blanket, cooler, beach towels. Also equipped with volleyball net and spike ball. Football, shovels/buckets, boogie board and all you will need for the week.
