Our property is located in a neighborhood in transition. It may seem rough to some visitors. It might not be the best fit for someone expecting an upscale experience’.

The neighborhood can look a little edgy to a non-local. We are in a quiet residential area north in Fulton County (Northwest Atlanta). While our house has been completely renovated, not all of the houses on the block have been. If you're looking for something in the heart of Atlanta, this isn't your best bet. However, if you don’t mind taking a quick spin, then we’re your best bet! You can get to the trendy uptown district in about 10 minutes.


Guest has the luxury of using the entire space as needed. There is adequate parking space in the driveway and street parking is allowed.

In addition, the arrival instructions for this home include the exact location, and your designated access code. Additional information will be sent to you the day of or 24 hours prior to your arrival. Please follow up if you have not received any of the required information.

Check-in is no earlier than 3PM, and check out no later than 10 AM. Please follow up with us to request & guarantee that an early check-in/check-out is available. Unapproved early or late check-in/check-out, will result in a $150
fee.

We require all guests to please remove their work boots at the door.

Prior to accepting your booking request, the name of the guests who will be at the home will be required, regardless of the time or amount. This includes children and day visitors.

Please do acknowledge that you understand and adhere to House Rules/additional information. Also, don’t wait until check-out to address any concerns. Please give us the chance to address your concerns during your stay. In addition, this unit is the lower level duplex.
