This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the resort and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.
Cypress Lodge is a brand new, stunning, craftsman style home that has been luxuriously and tastefully furnished. Located in the Coosawattee River Resort, this home provides it's guests with all the comforts of home in a secure, gated community and is only a short drive to downtown where unique shopping and a great selection of local eateries, bars and coffee shops await.
This cabin has an open concept living area with a large fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dining area and breakfast bar. The great room has a beautiful gas fireplace, 65" TV and opens up to a spacious covered porch with a stunning wood burning fireplace, another 55" TV, foosball table and gas grill. This is a popular area to relax and enjoy the scents and sounds of the fresh mountain air. The wooded back yard provides some great views of the many white tail deer that frequent the area.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 King with 50" TV, private bath with walk in shower, another King upstairs with a 50" TV, private bath with tub/shower combo and its own private balcony and the 3rd bedroom is located on the terrace level with (2) Queen Beds, 50" TV and bath with walk in shower.
The Terrace Level also has a game area with pool table, PAC MAN Arcade, corn hole boards, bar with mini refrigerator and another living area with gas fireplace, 65" TV and seating. This is also where you would access the brand-new hot tub, the perfect spot for relaxing after a long drive to the mountains or a full day of exploring the area.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, Keurig/drip coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls and propane grill.
In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).
Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.
The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days. Exception - for reservations that are last minute and are already within a week of arrival. You may need to check your spam folder. If you can't locate the email, please reach out to us.
