This comfortable condominium is an ideal South Padre Island getaway throughout the year. It is suitable for a romantic weekend for couples or a fun-filled family vacation. The condominium provides a harmonious blend of tranquility and contemporary conveniences. Its convenient location enables easy access to the beach, as well as the local shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. ONE DOG ALLOWED AT MAX of 25 lbs WITH $100 NON-REFUNDABLE PET CLEANING FEE. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFO ON A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.

Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.

You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

The owners of Saida IV #408 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We accept small/medium dogs in our property with a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100/per dog. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.


Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.


Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings only are refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom condo at Saida IV that was clean, stocked with the basic needs and had all the comforts of home. Blue Ocean Realty made this perfect weekend getaway a hassle free stay!

This place is nicely updated with a beautiful kitchen and very nice decor. The beds are the most comfortable beds we have ever had during our multiple stays at the island. The condo was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a holiday weekend stay. I highly recommend this rental.

Great Condo
We had a great time at this condo. It was very nice and clean with comfortable beds! The location is perfect to the pools and beach. The beach toys, wagon and chairs were a HUGE help! We really appreciate the stay and will stay here again.

Great Place Especially for Elderly
Took the family and Grandparents to the beach. We could not ask for anything more in SAIDA IV ! Bathroom supported elderly and access to the pool bathrooms was great. The bar one of the pools was nice, and the bartender (forgot name) was very friendly and served amazing daiquiris. We will definitely consider staying again!

GREAT FAMILY STAY
We had a great week at the Saida IV 408 Family Friendly condo. The pictures online were 100% accurate. Our family felt at home from the minute we opened the door. There is plenty of room for families to spread out within the condo and the grounds were perfect. We enjoyed playing tennis, shuffle board, swimming, and walking/playing on the beach almost everyday. Communication from Rod and Rosa was very clear. This was our first family vacation to SPI and will definitely not be the last. We hope this condo will be available the next time we vacation at SPI. Cheers!
