Set on a sprawling 20,000-square-foot lot, this villa features picturesque, park-like grounds that promise relaxation and fun. Dive into the spacious pebble-tech pool with a baja bench, waterslide, and water features, or relax in the open grassy areas surrounded by fruit trees. The yard is a child's paradise with a swing set, basketball hoop, and even a chicken coop where you can gather fresh eggs! Enjoy evenings by the gas fire pit on the stunning flagstone deck, furnished with outdoor dining and lounge furniture from Crate & Barrel, covered patios with ceiling fans, and a stone bar complete with a built-in BBQ. The backyard also features an above-ground trampoline with a net—let us know if you want it unlocked for your stay.

The single-level main house spans 2,500 square feet, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. Recently renovated with hardwood floors throughout, the spacious living room boasts a modern 3D wall, vaulted ceilings, and a cozy fireplace. The primary suite opens directly to the pool via French doors and includes a walk-in closet and a luxurious travertine bathroom with a separate tub and steam shower. The bright kitchen is a chef's delight with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs. The back of the property hosts a versatile studio that serves as an office, gym with a Peloton and weights, and a movie theater complete with a projector and four reclining movie seats. The estate includes a garage with an electric car charger featuring a Tesla adapter, and a circular driveway offering ample parking space for additional cars and recreational vehicles.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. Unless otherwise discussed with you in advance, there will be no one else on the gardener and pool man.

The backyard features an above-ground trampoline which is kept locked. If you would like to access this amenity during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we may have prepared for your arrival. Please supervise children at all times while in use. Guests are also required to sign our Trampoline Use Liability Waiver prior to usage.

A mesh pool guard is installed around the pool for safety, please always closely monitor any children who cannot swim in the backyard.

HOUSE RULES:
No smoking inside of the home.
No loud music after 9pm.
No parties or large gatherings as we are nestled in a quiet community and want to respect our neighbors. Please note, we do have outdoor security cameras (for your safety and ours) and you will lose your deposit if you have any large gatherings.

Getting Around:
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Other Things to Note:
All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full cleaning of the house and a change of linens.

The outdoor pool maintains a minimum temperature of 82 degrees during Summer. Please note, there is no longer an in-ground spa at this home.

Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short-term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability for use of Amenities.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis at the time of booking. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time unless otherwise agreed upon in writing Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

Instant Book is turned off for all of our homes at Open Air Homes. This is a conscious decision in order to be a positive change for the short term rental industry, We encourage guests to send us a respectful note and provide us a little bit of background about your group before booking, and then we will take this to the owner for approval. We believe that mutual respect is key to ensuring that this industry can thrive. Open Air Homes strives to complete bookings in less than 4 business hours, so feel free to enquire and we will be in touch right away.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may incur additional check-out charges.
