They are now billing owners directly a 12% daily resort fee that we had to add to our pricing to cover increased costs. This is in your upfront daily rate cost and is not an add-on after booking. You will no longer pay a separate fee to BBR as had been done in the past but will still have access to all resort amenities.**

Completed April 2022, this stunning, new home oozes quality and comfort. The private hot tub, covered porch, patio and great room floor plan will make it your new favorite gathering place for family and friends. Conveniently located near the Glaze Meadow Rec Center you will love zipping over for a swim, the playground, a round of pickleball, tennis, horseshoes or to visit the bike rental shop. Or perhaps visit one of the Ranch's other 4 pools (South Meadow also being convenient), SUP on the lake, hike the nearby Metolius, hit the slopes at Hoodoo or enjoy an afternoon shopping in the nearby town of Sisters.

Returning home to cook in the fabulously appointed kitchen or grill on the spacious patio. The kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs. Wind down in the new hot tub or spa-like baths and take in a movie on the flat screen with surround sound while enjoying a fire.

There are board games, books and DVD's for all ages and vinyl records with a turntable for those evening you want to stay in. Follow all of this with a restful nights sleep on all new beds. This is THE place!

AC is available in the great room and primary suite. The other bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The large den/office is equipped with a monitor and printer and also provides a 4th sleeping space with a pull out sofa and black-out shades.

Built via ICF construction by local builder Doug Hull, this home offers superb sound and thermal insulation. It is our dream home and we are excited to share it with you and your family.

**The garage is not available to guests and we do not provide bicycles. BBR does not permit motorcycles beyond the entrance gates to the Ranch. RV's and campers are prohibited from parking overnight at the Ranch.
