"Villa BERFAMI" (400m2) consists of three floors, including 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and dining rooms, 2 kitchens. The exterior consists of a swimming pool, patio with sun loungers, balconies, and private parking for up to 4 cars. Situated in Podstrana, near Split (20 mins with a car).

The space
Lavishly decorated interior, every step of the way. From dazzling chandeliers to the marvelous seating and marble flooring. One of a kind property in this region of Croatia.

The interior consists of 3 floors.
Ground floor has a kitchen, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.
First floor has a living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Second floor has a living room, kitchen and a bathroom.

Of the above mentioned rooms, 2 rooms have a large bed and a sofa bad for 3 persons each, and 3 rooms have a large bed for 2 persons each.

The 2 fully equipped kitchens have the refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and a dining table.

Guest access
You have the sole access to all inner and outer spaces of the property that you see on the photos. You don't share anything with anyone else. In short, you enjoy your privacy, as expected.

Villa is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood that's close enough to important places. Market "Tommy" is 1 minute away with a car. Beach and a beach bar/cafe are also just 1 minute away with a car. Restaurant "Argola" with the best view in Dalmatia is on a 6 minutes distance with a car.

To get to Split, it will take you 20 minutes, and to Omiš around 15 minutes, with a car.

During your stay we can arrange taxi transfers, a private one day boat trip or even meals by a nearby restaurant's chef.

Other things to note
Quiet hours are after 23:30h (general house rules in Croatia regarding the outside noise during the late hours), so that applies to apartments as well. Parties or similar are not allowed.

Arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) should be on the weekends. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us before to check, we are flexible!

Villa BERFAMI is ideal for couples, families and business travel. This villa due to past experience does not accept under 23 years old large groups of friends.

If you rent 12 nights or more, a discount of -10% can be applied.
