You will have a great time at this comfortable and modern Seattle townhome. This beautiful and new 2 bedroom/2 bath is located on a quiet street in desirable Capitol Hill.

Stay here and take advantage of the central location and easy commute into the city.

Built in 2019, this home is equipped with high-end finishes, expansive master suite, and private roof terrace with views of Mount Rainier and the Cascade Range!

*Popular Westman's Bagels is just a 5 min walk up the hill - there is almost always a line out the door.

Enjoy this brand new and spacious three-floor 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse (1,400 sq. ft.) with high-quality appliances, TVs, automatic blinds, one designated parking spot and a deck area with fire pit and BBQ to enjoy and relax in good weather!

*1st floor (entry level) has Guest Bedroom and Guest Bathroom.
*2nd floor has Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room.
*3rd floor has the Master Suite with ensuite bathroom and balcony.

Note: Property sleeps 4 guests comfortably; 2 extra guests can sleep on the Full pullout bed in the entry of the home/foyer (tan leather couch; please check the photos). There is also a Queen size air mattress available by request.

**Please be respectful to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 9pm-9am.**

*Living room home theatre features 85" mounted TV with surround sound. Master bedroom also has a TV and there is a 3rd one in the foyer above the pull-out couch.
*Guests have to log into their streaming account. Please don't forget to log out at the end of your stay!
*Wireless Internet Service is provided throughout the unit.
*Games and Books are also available for more entertainment.

PARKING:
1 designated parking space available in the courtyard. ONLY SUITABLE FOR COMPACT/SMALLER VEHICLES.

ATTENTION: the spots are very tight! We recommend backing into the parking spot for easiest in and out. Also, please park as close as possible to the planters/garden to leave as much space on the guests’ driver’s side to leave room for neighbors. This will require guests to let their passengers out of the passenger side before parking.

Street parking available but limited. Parking is limited to 4 hours from 7am-6pm on week days so you have to move the car every 4 hours.

Beware of street parking restrictions to avoid ticketing. Please do not leave ANYTHING in your cars or make sure to lock your car. Even a jacket or an empty bag might look like it is disguising something of value. Unfortunately, the frequency of car break-ins has increased throughout the city.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.

**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.

Located on a quiet street in desirable Capitol Hill in perfect proximity to the best amenities and easiest commute in the city.

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

*Be very careful going up and down the stairs as it's hardwoods throughout!
*The third floor takes a couple minutes on the faucet to get hot water because it is an eco-friendly on demand system.

This is a NON-SMOKING community. Absolutely no smoking inside the property or outside of this community.

Please inquire before confirming your booking if you're not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask them.
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at Air Concierge's website / guest-terms as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the Airbnb Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Definitions: 

"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any. 

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-This is a NON-SMOKING community. Absolutely no smoking inside the property or outside of this community.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
-Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 10pm-10am.
-Long term rentals (30+ days) not allowed.

This Short Term Rental Agreement is between AIR CONCIERGE INC. (herein referred to as “Manager” or “Property Manager”) on behalf of and in accord with the Property Owner ("Owner") and you as Guest (or “Occupant” or “Renter”) of the date set forth on the reservation details confirmation noted on the confirmation which shall be received by the Parties via email as well as provided in the Airbnb.com software. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

SMOKING: A $1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of smoking inside or outside of the property within a 20’ radius of the property.

Fire and Fire Safety. Occupant is notified that the Property may be located in an area susceptible to fire, and as such Occupant agrees all conform with all applicable fire codes of any governmental authority, and ensure safe and reasonable use, management, and extinguishment of any fire places, bbq's, smoking (if permitted), fire pits and any other device or act involving the risk of fire. In the event Occupant discovers any fire related safety issues, Occupant shall immediately inform Manager and cease and desist immediately from undertaking, or continuing usage until inspection, remediation (if necessary) and written approval by Manager that use is permitted. Flammable substances and solids, such as gasoline, benzene, naphtha, cleaning fluids, explosives, and fireworks may not be used or stored on the Property. Lighted candles, incense, kerosene lamps, halogen lamps and tenant installed electric heaters may not be used in the Property. ALL COOKING MUST BE CONFINED TO DESIGNATED COOKING AREAS. Use of electrical appliances not provided with the Property, such as hot plates, heating coils, coffeepots, popcorn poppers, electric frying pans, toaster ovens, irons, and electric heaters are prohibited.

Amazing experience
My first time renting outside a hotel and I was nervous about it but this was excellent. The home was clean, my children loved it!!! Everything was as expected and exceeded my expectations. The host was great with communication and even though I was so busy to respond I appreciated the updates. Everything was great. Thank you

freezer & living room.
The property was clean. One of the problems that I encountered was I could not find the remote 4 the television. The owner (or manager) should have had all the remotes in one place instead of having me look 4 it, which I never found. Another problem was the fact that the ice in freezer was in a 7 pound bag, which is heavy, & if I tried 2 break it w/ a knife, might fall all over the floor. Owner should have had ice cube trays, which I bought 4 myself.

Awesome location - Awesome home!
In Seattle for a wedding - home was located close to venue and exactly in the same complex where my daughter lived!! So very convenient! Everything was perfect (except for a missing remote for the wonderful TV that made it unusable) Walking distance to groceries, and restaurant! Easy access to unit - easy contact with management and extra parking available! Loved it!

Great condo, clean and good location
This is a very nice condo in a great location. It was clean and fairly new with a parking spot off the street! Bright and sunny and very comfortable. The only thing that’s a bit odd is there is no bathroom on the main living floor. They are on floor 1 and floor 3.
