We love offering our guests an unparalleled experience: design forward, clean, spacious, well-appointed “home-away from home” apartment with 5-star service, cleanliness, and communication.

You not only have the benefit of being located in the heart of Memphis within walking distance of nearly anything you might want to see downtown, but the space is completely upgraded with top-of-the-line appliances & state-of-the-art smart home technology.

You have exclusive use to the condo which has its own washer and dryer, a super-comfy queen-sized bed, a pullout couch, Peacock, Youtube TV, SUPERFAST WIFI, and the convenience of a delicious restaurants right when you walk out the building.

This is a one-bedroom condo with a queen bed, but also in the living room the couch pulls out to a queen bed which is complete with sheets & blankets that you can use to easily accommodate a total of four people.

Secured gated parking lot is next to the condo and your dedicated parking spot is right in front of your entrance. You can walk to everything downtown Memphis has to offer, including the famous Beal St, The Orpheum Theater, FedEx Forum, Dozens of Restaurants & Bars, and The National Civil Rights Museum.

Your apartment has digital door locks so you can check in on your own! So meeting you there in person won't be necessary but we will be available 24/7 if you need anything at all just send us a quick message! (There is also a video doorbell for security purposes)

Your condo is located right next to everything! Around the corner, you'll see the trolley passing by on a regular basis on S. Main street where many fantastic dining and entertainment options are located! No car necessary here (although you will have a dedicated parking place in a secure and gated area). You can walk across the street and catch some live music or walk a couple of minutes more and find yourself on the famous Beale St!

Hop on the trolley out the front door of your building, rent a bike or scooter from across the street, grab an Uber, or if you are feeling adventurous, take a seat on one of the horse carriages that pass by regularly! Plenty of transportation options at your fingertips and a short Uber ride to the airport (~15 min)

We have significantly reduced prices for extended stays to support traveling medical professionals & first responders.

We’re working hard to keep our Abodes safe and open to anyone who needs them. Check-in is seamless, with no lines to stand in or people to meet to ensure our guests can limit their interaction with others. We are implementing rigorous additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures before and after each stay, providing extra soap in the homes for personal hygiene, and fully stocked with cleaning supplies and paper goods. Our team is dedicated to assisting our guests and are available at any time, day or night.

Our staff and concierge team are never more than a screen touch away, available 24/7 to help you choose and book a home for your stay, make local recommendations and to handle any special requests or issues you may have with your apartment. Prior to your arrival we will be sending you check in instructions and there will be no need to physically check in with anyone when you get here.

Visit Beale Street From A Spacious Condo! offers accommodations in Memphis, a 7-minute walk from Fire Museum of Memphis. The property is 641 m from Orpheum Theater.

Just blocks from Beale St., once of the most iconic streets in America. Three blocks of nightclubs, restaurants and shops in the heart of downtown Memphis. The Beale Street Entertainment District is a melting pot of delta blues, jazz, rock 'n' roll, R&B and gospel.

AutoZone Park is a 12-minute walk from the apartment, while FedExForum is 1 km from the property. The nearest airport is Memphis International Airport, 16.1 km from the property.

Getting Around:

PARKING : 1 secured assigned parking spot included. In addition, free public parking is available in front. Space is competitive at night and over the weekend. There is also shared guest parking within the gated parking lot available.

Other Things to Note:

** Throughout the condo there is blackout curtains on all windows.

HOUSE RULES

** Please be advised guests may be required to sign a guest agreement and provide government-issued identification prior to check in.**

Please be respectful of your new home, neighbors and community. We require our guests abide by the following rules:

• Check-in is 4PM or later.

• Please no open flames, this includes but it not limited to candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, cigars,

• Please no illegal activity or substances: The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.

DAMAGE

• We understand things happen but we do require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay.

GUEST

• For security purpose and to ensure that both parties are completely comfortable, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on VRBO (including a clear photograph of your face so we know that the person booking is in fact the person checking in)



GUEST AGREEMENT

• Guests will be required to sign a separate guest agreement within 72 hours of the confirmation of the reservation via VRBO (or upon receipt for reservations taking place inside of 72 hours from check in)

BACKGROUND CHECK

• Please be advised Guests will be asked to provide a birthday and current address as building management requires proof of a basic public records search for the primary Guest making the reservation.

LOCALS

• DUE TO RESTRICTIONS PLACED ON US BY OUR LANDLORD AND AS A CONDITION PERTAINING TO OUR ABILITY TO HOST, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FROM GUESTS LOCAL TO THE AREA (WITHIN 60 MILES OF MEMPHIS). BY BOOKING, YOU HEREBY ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THIS CONDITION AND THAT YOU’LL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF RESIDENCY. ANY RESERVATION WHICH DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THIS RESTRICTION WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.



1. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking
If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.
2. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm sound will travel through the walls if too loud
3. No parties or events allowed
We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS from 10PM-8AM.
4. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number and digitally provide a valid government-issued ID and selfie prior to check-in.
This specifically including a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession. That identification and individual submitting it must match the name of the person making the reservation. There are no third party bookings allowed.
5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes lighting of candles incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
6. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund
7. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
9. No pets allowed
10. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

If by not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

11. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

Memphis trip
This rental was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to Memphis . The owner was very responsive and easy to contact on the app, and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The unit is very nice, tidy and met all of our needs from the kitchen needs to the bathroom amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, as it was within walking distance of almost everything. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at your place. The location was so close to Beale Street. The property had secure parking requiring a code for all gates and doors. We were able to secure our bikes inside the property which we needed.

Clean, quiet and conveniently located
We were there for a football game and concerned about safety and noise with being downtown. This condo was clean, spacious and very quiet as well as safe!! We are not big walkers, but there are several nice places to eat within a block or 2 from the condo. Beale street is also a very short walk and on a safe street! The first night was just my wife and I with our teenage daughter, then we added my brother for 2 nights and then my 19yr old son the last night. For being just a 1 bedroom, it is very spacious! We had an air mattress and everyone slept comfortably and didn't run out of hot water when taking showers! Having the laundry facility was very convenient as well! Plenty of plugins, better than hotel amenities. There was also a nice and friendly liquor store a very short drive away. Many could walk, but we drove. Would definitely stay here again if we get to Memphis again! Excellent, safe and quiet!

Stop 16 of our road trip
Very clean and spacious. Communication with the host was excellent. This is a second story unit which wasn’t clear in the listing, so just be prepared to climb steps. Seating in the living room isn’t that comfortable but we weren’t there for that very much. Location was great for walking to Beale St , restaurants, etc. This was our first time visiting Memphis and we loved it!. We’d stay at this rental again.

Being in a safe and clean environment is important to all travels, but I also desire the accommodations. What are they offering? As a host, I enjoy accommodating for others and pride myself in giving more than is needed.

Por que motivo escolheu este alojamento?

I chose this property to share with you because of the convenience. It was bought because I spent time downtown a lot and I wanted something close. I couldn't ask for a better place. We are located in the Art District downtown which is at the end. This allows us to be close to everything, but removed from the chaos of downtown. Everything is within reach from popular restaurants a few steps away to all the entertainment venues being walking distance away. Perfect for every visitor to Memphis, no matter if this is your first time and you want to explore museums (nearest is Civil Rights museum 2 minutes walk) and try the famous food (BBQ is 5 minutes walk or Gus's Famous Chicken 1 minute walk) or if you a frequent visitor and you just want to hang and quickly get to the hot spots (Main St. is around the corner). When I lived here my family enjoyed visiting and not having to worry about getting in their car to explore.

Due to our convenient location (less than 10 minute walk) to the FedEx forum we are offering reasonable and discounted tickets to anything happening in the arena. So catch some basketball at the Grizzles game or enjoy any concert without going over your vacation budget. We want to make sure you have fun on this trip.
