You'll be in a professionally designed home just up from the bay and right across the street from the ocean, with bay views from the living area and balcony. You'll also be close to the local community park featuring picnic tables and a playground. The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps, and a starter pack of paper products.


This home is in a great location sure to impress, as it lies just north of Belmont Park. Your family will love exploring every area of Mission Beach, from the sights and sounds of the 5-mile-long boardwalk to the excitement of Belmont Park, the beachfront amusement park which houses miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, an arcade, and the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster! The boardwalk has loads of trendy shops and restaurants to enjoy as well. You simply cannot run out of things to do in this area. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego. This home is just steps to the bay, with the ocean just across the street.

The home encompasses three levels with entry being on the first floor and all living/bedrooms occupying the third floor.
This home may be monitored by exterior video surveillance and interior noise monitoring devices.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Wow! Clean, comfortable, convenient!
The house is perfectly located to walk around and enjoy Mission Beach on foot or get in the car and drive to all the surrounding areas. The house is nicely updated and had everything we needed from bed linens and towels to all necessary kitchen items. The furniture was comfortable, especially the beds. The home had everything we needed. This was my best experience with a vacation rental to date! Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Great place!
We really enjoyed staying at this modern and new feeling condo. Great location with a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. It was also very close to all of the things to do around San Diego. The only caveat was that the garage was very tight so it is a challenge to park a SUV. Would definitely stay here again!

It was okay
I'll start with the bad as I feel there was more bad than good. The house was clean but dated. If you're a tall person the showers will be a problem for you. You can definitely hear the neighbors attached to the house. We heard the people above us stomping around late at night. The other neighbors loved to smoke their weed outside, so we weren't able to enjoy our outside time... not a fan. We were unable to use the outdoor fire pit as there was no propane left in the container and the controller was broken. We did find a full propane tank in the garage on the last day, so it was a little too late and you'd be trekking that heavy tank up three flights of narrow stairs. The keypad on the doors does not light up until you touch it so it made it incredibly hard to see the numbers. If you don't hit the first number correctly you end up needing to put the code in twice. The location was great. Excellent proximity to the bay, beach, and Bellmont park. The home had all the amenities needed for a beach day; chairs, boogie boards, towels, a nice wagon. There were adequate linens but the couch is way too small for a three-bedroom condo. For the price I would have liked more comfortable living room arrangement and privacy instead of having neighbors right on top of us. Probably wouldn't stay here again but if you are more people/marijuana friendly it would probably be just fine.

Nice place! Beautifully appointed! Nice location! Unfortunately we had air conditioning issues!
We loved the updated and beautifully appointed accommodations. The beds were comfortable and the style of the place suited us. HOWEVER, the air conditioning unit in the Southwest bedroom did not work and made a lot of noise all day and night our entire stay. We contacted VACASA within 40 minutes of our arrival on Friday afternoon. They said they would send someone out but no one came. We called again on Saturday morning and they said “there was a high volume of calls and they would get to as soon as they could find someone to send out”. No one ever came and they never responded again. We asked for the name of their supervisor and or management contact info and we never received the name of that person nor did management ever call. VERY DISAPPOINTING to spend that amount of money per night and have two family members be uncomfortable the entire vacation. Additionally, the garage door would not open using the code so we had to go around through the front door to open it every time we took our car in and out. The smoke alarm went off early Sat morning (happy to know it works) however, we were only cooking eggs so not sure why it went off as there wasn’t smoke at all. Of course it woke up family members who were trying to sleep Lastly, the outlet in the master bathroom did not work and (yes I did hit the reset button on it) . These additional items were annoyances and were not deal breakers but would have been mentioned to management privately had we received a proper response regarding AC. We understand that things can go wrong and we are okay with that. What we are NOT okay with is the lack of response when contacted to fix the noisy air conditioning unit!
