THE LOCATION

Set in the heart of downtown Seattle, this condo puts you walking distance from Pike Place Market and the quaint eateries of Post Alley (0.3 miles). Stroll to the Seattle Aquarium (0.4 miles) and the Seattle Art Museum (0.5 miles) to explore astonishing collections. The cruise terminal is about a 5-minute walk away. Admire natural beauty and bay views at Centennial Park and Myrtle Edwards Park (1.4 miles). Enjoy an afternoon at the Washington Park Arboretum and the Japanese Garden (4.5 miles). Watch salmon migrate north at Ballard Locks (5 miles). The Ballard neighborhoods trendy shops and eateries are also sure to please. Rent a kayak or paddleboard and explore Lake Washington. Hop on a whale-watching tour or board a ferry across Elliott Bay to gorgeous Bainbridge Island. Watch the sunset from Piers 62 and 63 (200 feet). To operate vacation rentals within this HOA, Vacasa must provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. Background checks cannot be completed for international guests. Therefore, this vacation rental, unfortunately, cannot accommodate international guests at this time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
