*2nd floor: Living room with 50 inch smart tv and large sectional; open concept fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances; dining area with table with 8 chairs + 2 counter stools; powder room; screened-in back porch with chair hammock and string lights!

*3rd floor: Main bedroom with attached balcony, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with double vanity, shower and soaking tub; 2 identical bedrooms with 3 beds (one twin bed and a set of bunk beds) and a smart tv in both rooms; Full bathroom in hallway with shower/bathtub combo

*4th floor; Small workstation in hallway at top of stairs (just big enough for a laptop); Bedroom with Queen-sized bed and attached balcony; Full bathroom

*Garage with room for 1 car, includes 6 beach chairs, a beach wagon to haul your stuff; spike ball, beach toys, and fishing/crabbing nets!

What we provide:

*Linens including sheets, bath towels, bed spreads, and pillows are provided and paid for by linen fee.

*A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent will be provided. You may need to purchase more supplies depending on the length of your stay.

*Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and luggage racks for each room are provided

What we don't provide:

*Shampoo, conditioner, bath soap or other personal toiletries

*Beach towels
