This open and spacious two-story Penthouse unit has incredible, unobstructed views of beautiful Provincetown Harbor and Long Point Lighthouse from the main living area, and private deck with direct beach access. Sleeps 6 comfortably and 1 in the sofa.

Take the exterior steps from the parking area to the entrance on the first floor. Enter the open main living space with kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well-equipped and has LG Cafe appliances including a solid surface stove and dishwasher, wine cooler, butch block counter tops and counter seating. Beyond the kitchen is the cozy living room with comfortable sofa and chair, ductless split unit air conditioner and large slider to the deck overlooking the ocean.

The slider from the living room leads to the private balcony deck. Relax and take in the sweeping, unobstructed ocean views and spectacular sunrises.

Enjoy the common main deck below with direct access to the water. Only a few steps into the sand at low tide and the gentle waves of the bay at high tide. Wash off the sand from the beach with the unenclosed outdoor shower at the top of the stairs.

Look out over the ocean while preparing a barbecue, a dinner or enjoying a glass of wine on the patio chairs or sofa. Large windows and rustic reclaimed wood ceiling creates an open and bright space. The full bathroom just off the kitchen has a beautiful shower with glass doors with a large vanity sink.
