Great rental

Owner was so responsive. House was excellent. New kitchen, large living room. We used the small beach chairs and towels. Walking distance to downtown area. Great memories. Would stay here again.

80th Birthday

The house and location were perfect. Robyn was most accommodating and generous to share her beautiful home. The furnishings are new, stylish and comfortable. We peeked in every kitchen cupboard to find them fully stocked - even a wine fridge! Which was the only appliance we used! The comfy front porch was our favorite spot as there was a constant breeze rustling the mature trees. Neighbors were friendly; we felt safe and welcome. It was an easy walk to town so we never used our car. The biggest surprise was the availability of restaurants serving delicious food. Don’t miss Columbia, trad Spanish, Chez L’Amour, charming, live music. Only regret is we left too early, lots more to do in this fair city.

Great location and beautiful property

We booked our stay over NYE weekend and it did not disappoint. The location of this property is great. We were able to bike everywhere which was awesome because parking was difficult in town. This house has either on street parking or private parking out back which was awesome considering how crowded St Augastine was over NYE weekend. The host checked in a handful of times and ensured we had everything we needed. The house is even larger than it appears in the pictures. The rooms are definitely oversized. Hope we get a chance to stay here again

Fantastic place to stay!

Our neighborhood book club enjoyed a long weekend away exploring St. Augustine. This house is in a perfect location to walk to the historic district. Plenty of beds/baths. Beautifully decorated. Owner was in frequent contact with us. It was a great experience!

Gorgeous house in charming neighborhood

The house was immaculate with all the creature compforts you would need or expect. The neighborhood is an absolute gem, with the ability to walk downtown from the north within 5 minutes. Our group was there for the music festival and you could almost hear the music when sitting out on the front porch but close enough to slip back for a bathroom and snack break in between sets. 100% recommend and will definitely book again for future trips to St. Augustine.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine. Parking was great. The house has everything you need to get started. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. It’s on our list to stay again on our next trip to St. Augustine.

Fabulous place, Great location

We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine. Robyn's place is perfect. It's spacious, extremely comfortable and very, very clean. Robyn provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. And, the location cannot be beat. We could walk everywhere. We will definitely stay here again!

Sibling and spouses get-together.

When we arrived everyone agreed this home was perfect for our stay. We were comfortable with the accommodations and the weather was perfect for visiting on the porch. There was plenty to explore and a variety of choices when we ate out. Highly recommend this home!

Girls Trip

What a great time we had in St. Augustine! The house was immaculate, very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Attention to detail and comfort was apparent in all the extra little touches that made this home a much-needed respite. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was able to honor a small request regarding our check in. The location was a perfect spot to easily walk to most attractions and restaurants. We walked everywhere! If you’re planning a trip to St. Augustine, you will not find a lovelier property.

Luxurious home with ideal layout and great amenities

Our visit to this property was such a great experience on many levels. Our family stayed in this beautifully decorated, spacious house for summer vacation. It came with every amenity we could have ever needed and then some. We especially loved the big front porch , well-stocked kitchen items for cooking large family meals, the luxurious master bath, and the upstairs reading nook. There was a place for everyone to relax and play. Added bonus was a great coffee house down the block, lots of local restaurants within walking distance, and the quick drive over to Vilano Beach that had easy parking and beach access. Thanks Robyn and VRBO. Family voted this the vacation place ever!

Very Nice Rental!

In addition to being beautiful home, it was well suited for our family of seven adults. Lots of comfortable sleeping accommodations and room to hang out as a group. The location was great; the host was very responsive; and we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this home!

Awesome place!!

This house was beautiful!! Everything is fairly new and well decorated. The nicest house we’ve ever stayed in. Bathrooms and Kitchen were magnificent. Owner is wonderful to deal with and very responsive with all requests and communications. Highly recommend staying here. Location was close to old town…walking distance and same for Our Lady of La Leche Catholic shrine. Truly perfect location. Thank you for everything!

Modernized and clean property, within walking distance to just about all of the main St Augustine attractions and shopping. Cute cafes at the end of the street if you don't want to cook, fully equipped kitchen should you want to cook in.
