The Bel Vandy - Picturesque Home Close to 12 South, Music Row, & the Gulch

Fall in love with the "Bel-Vandy" and its picturesque, earthy, modern design. Enjoy unique features like a speak easy room, dart board, and a shuffleboard table! Comfort and luxury meet inside every corner, but when you are ready to get out and explore you will delight in the dreamy and totally walkable location! Located one block from the shops, bars, and restaurants of Hillsboro Village, and Belmont Boulevard. Walk a few blocks to Belmont or Vanderbilt Universities or hop in an Uber for a 10 minute ride to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and the Titans Stadium!

Layout:
1st Floor: Kitchen, Living Room, Full-Over-Full bunk bed (sleeping 4)
2nd Floor: Primary Suite w/King bed (sleeping 2), secondary bedroom with a Full-Over-Queen bunk bed (sleeping 4)
3rd Floor: Secondary bedroom with a King bed (sleeping 2) and a rec room with a queen pullout sofa (sleeping 2), a dart board and shuffleboard.

Parking:
There is one parking pad available directly in front of the unit, a reserved spot in the carport, and extra parking in the carport, if needed.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
 
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

Safely Screening:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at Safely's website, Safely dot com. You may receive an email from Concierge at Safely dot com to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at Concierge at Safely dot com or go to Safely dot com, if you have any questions. Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
