The space
This apartment is spacious and provides a tranquile and sublime space for your stay as a solo traveler or with that special loved one or the family with children! Wake up in the master bedroom to sun rises from the east, and enjoy pure over coffee out on private garden lounge. Each bedroom offers plush sleeping arrangements, with space for all your belongings.

Inside the home, you will have smart home features to make your stay seamless, including preset automations. You can also speak commands to Alexa to turn on lights in various rooms, lock the front door, answer the doorbell and more. Get comfy on the couch and enjoy 65" LED TV with cinema sound. You have access to Disney & Hulu along with other digital cable and internet channels. Wifi is strong and accessible throughout interior and exterior areas of the home.

Find your way to the kitchen to prep a meal or decide to venture around the corner, into the town square, where many lovely restaurant options are available to you. Get out to the many Happy Hours between 4-7pm to get a taste of the culinary delights and tasty libations these fine restaurants have to offer.

Welcome! Found in back, behind main building above garages. When you arrive you pull into your private parking area, down side driveway with designated spaces for your vehicles. Walk up to the white front door and use the August keypad found on the side of the door to enter your pass code to automatically unlock the door.

If you desire to get out, you benefit from being in a superb, central location here in Jacksonville, within the Historic San Marco neighborhood. You have many of the finest restaurants, cafes, shops and green spaces all available to you with a short, scenic walk out your front door. Have an evening stroll under the stars and city lights by the St. Johns River or rise to a morning run around the square.

Easy access to many top destinations, gives you options to take in all Jacksonville has to offer. A concert at Daily's Place, Football game at TIAA stadium, or take a short ride out to the some of the best beaches on the East Coast to get a kiss of sunshine and a fill of vitamin D for that vacation glow and natural emotional pick me up. So much to offer inside and out, for anyone's persuasion. You'll love it here!
Other things to note
Note, apartment is found in back of duplex apartments, above garage, so includes flight of stairs up with laundry found on the ground floor, and access to side enclosed patio Lani and private garden with platform decking and lounging area.

Kitchen is well equipped to allow for most any meal prep and food storage. There is also basic condiments and seasoning as well as basic food options that are kept in pantry cabinets and in the fridge. The coffee pods, tea bags, oatmeal, and cereal are complimentary. Bathroom has a soaking tub and shower with complementary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, bath sponge and towels along with a hair dryer.

NOTE, For those traveling with their pets, their will be a pet fee assessed to the stay, with max 2 pets.

NOTE, Do NOT Lock the bottom knob lock when departing. The keypad unlocks/locks the top, deadbolt lock; it cannot unlock the bottom.
