In the afternoon, take a walk to the beach or head into town for one of the many activities on the Island. This spacious townhome boasts over 1,800 sq ft with a split-level floor plan. You deserve a vacation home that is comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free. That's why this property provides guests with the convenience and luxury of the best beach amenities. Enjoy a beach vacation with your friends and family in deluxe accommodations.

For those lazy sleep-in mornings on the beach, you’ll enjoy the master suite with a king-sized bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has a double-sized bed and a private bath while the third bedroom has two twin/twin bunk beds and a private bathroom. If that isn't enough room, there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. Prepare food in the fully-stocked kitchen with the lovely view of the pool area. The fully stocked kitchen has dishes, cooking utensils, a regular coffee pot, blender, etc. You only need to bring the food!

Just about perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best location and place I've stayed so far with the New Wave properties! As I've come to expect from New Wave, everything was super clean and ready for our stay. The only hiccup was that this place has a gas grill, and I had to replace the tank that was empty.

Great for our Family!

Property was incredibly clean and well stocked. Plenty of comfy beds and TVs in all the rooms. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook. So great to be able to do laundry while we were there. Property is very well maintained. We rented a golf cart from the management company and it was so convenient to have it delivered to the property. We have been to Port A over 20 times and this was one of the best properties we've stayed at. Highly recommend!

Amazing Amenities

This unit was in a perfect location, right on the middle of the towns attractions. The mgmt team even delivered our golf cart prior to our arrival. Just be prepared to bring Everything…including salt & pepper…and maybe your own coffee maker. But other than that this place was amazing!

Our Mission is to give back and help Port Aransas maintain its natural beauty. With each booking a portion of proceeds will be given back quarterly to a local non profit. We will be selling and including: Protect Port A bracelets in all guest gift baskets. Our mission extends to our guests through our "Welcome Baskets." Each reservation will find a welcome basket when they arrive at our property. The basket includes items from local business partners as well as a Protect Port A trash bag. Use the bag to collect beach trash, then return the full bag to our office in exchange for a local gift certificate to be used during their stay and help keep our beaches cleaner than when you arrive.
