This unique penthouse provides a truly exceptional experience at The Sanctuary, offering four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an enviable location in the exclusive southwest corner. Take in incredible sunsets over Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, expansive views of the sand dunes all the way to North Carolina, and bird’s-eye views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Little Island Fishing Pier.

Professionally designed and decorated, this condo's elegant furnishings include imported African wood cabinets, an infinity bathtub, low-profile vanity sinks, two built-in wet bars (in the primary suite and kitchen area), and a built-in espresso machine.

The grand living room is open and expansive, with plush arrangements for the entire family, a 60-inch TV smart TV, and a DVD player to screen your favorite movies. Step out onto the large, corner, wraparound balcony to sip a cocktail or take a quiet moment with an espresso. Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line GE appliances and all of the utensils and serveware that you might need at mealtime.

The bedrooms - all with TVs - include a primary suite with a private wraparound balcony, a wet bar, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a glass shower and a separate jetted tub.

The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children’s playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts; and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
