Beautifully furnished with your vacation in mind, this property allows every guest to watch the sunrise over the ocean and witness the amazing colors of the sunset on the Back Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail from the balcony directly off of the living area or just sit, relax and enjoy the warm breeze and ocean waves.

The great room offers plenty of seating for the whole family to relax and catch up on the day’s activities. Watch a movie on the 55-inch TV or binge your favorite shows with the included cable service and Bluetooth stereo. Also provided is a fold-out table perfect for puzzles or game night! There’s even an electric fireplace for you to cuddle up by and read a good book or enjoy a quiet moment of serene peace overlooking the ocean waves.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook those family meals. There is a Keurig and drip coffee pot for that required cup of morning joe. There is plenty of room for groceries in the large walk-in pantry, which includes a folding cart to help you get your belongings upstairs.

The main bedroom suite with a king bed is comfortable and spacious enough to spread out after a fun day at the beach. There’s a sliding glass door that opens directly to the beautiful balcony. There is a 50-inch smart TV and large walk-in closet with luggage rack, dresser, and extra pillows and blankets. In the second bedroom, you’ll enjoy a queen bed and plenty of closet space for your beach attire. There is also a twin daybed. And, of course, a TV with cable access.

Lastly, there is access to a garage storage closet to drop off all those sandy beach items before returning upstairs.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
