Situated on a half-acre lot, each Polo Villa features an expansive pool and spa area with an outdoor firepit, perfect for entertaining.

For an additional fee, this home offers a private chef, pre-fridge stocking, and mid-stay cleans. Get ready for the trip of a lifetime at the Polo Villas!

*The Space*
Walking into the villa you will find yourself drawn to the beautiful living area. Featuring a fireplace, big screen TV, and elevated furnishings, making this the ideal gathering place. This home features two master suites with ensuite bathrooms and large walk-in closets allowing you to comfortably unwind after a busy day. . The remaining three bedrooms also offer ensuite bathrooms providing all guests with privacy. This luxurious and elegant home is the perfect place that you deserve to get away from it all.

*Home Truths:*
- Please note that during festivals such as Coachella, you will be unable to walk to the festival. Instead, you'll need to hire a golf cart, take your own car or take a shuttle service.
- Please note that the small garage unit on property is not accessible to guests, and it is periodically used by housekeeping for supplies. For parking, the large garage unit is available and reserved for only guests.
- There are no cushions on any of the lounge chairs and we are unable to provide them upon request, we apologize for this inconvenience.
- Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 87 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- 2 twin rollaway beds and 2 twin tri-folds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate.
- If you opt for pool heat please know that pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently.
- Our homes feature NFL Sunday Ticket programming through the TV's YouTube subscriptions in each room for full sports streaming entertainment.
- All rooms feature an ensuite bathroom.
- Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries.

Parking Details:
The garage accommodates 1 car.
The driveway accommodates 4 compact cars.

This home offers one pack n' play travel crib and one high chair. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Clean and comfortable
The house was very clean and bright. We'd like to alert management that the front door code never worked even after we called and got a new code. We were able to get in and out through the garage. The pallina ball for the bocce ball court is missing. The freezer drawer doesn't slide well, and the icemaker never made ice. There is note that there is a countertop icemaker, but we couldn't find it. We paid extra to have the pool heated, and it was worth it. Having a pool table, ping pong table, cornhole game and bocce ball court for the teens was fantastic. Overall, this property is very well managed.

Perfect Get Away!
We really enjoyed this beautifully decorated property. It was very comfortable with lots of space for our guests and we took advantage of the great backyard with pool and grill. The kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals. We appreciated the property manager checking in on us. Great stay!
