- The cabin is in a great location with easy, quick and scenic drive to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, away from all the traffic. Wonderful for getting away from the crowds! Take the back roads to Dollywood and avoid the traffic.
- 1st Floor: 1 KING 👑 bedroom with a private bathroom.
- 2nd Floor: 1 KING 👑 bedroom with a private bathroom, 1 Queen Sofa sleeper in the game room (NOT A BEDROOM, NOT ENCLOSED), 1 Queen over Queen Bunk bedroom. Bunk bedroom and game room share a bathroom.
- Fully furnished large upscale open concept kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops: perfect for preparing and enjoying a leisurely lunch or a decadent dinner.
- Warm living room with authentic stone electric fireplace.

Entry
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin!

Accessibility
There are no stairs to access the first floor; however there are stairs leading to the second floor.

TRAVEL TO THE CABIN
The road to the cabin is narrow and curvy. Most of the way there is paved except for the street that the cabin is on, which is gravel. The first part of the street is on a slight incline with some unevenness in the roadway. Even though you can make it to the cabin in any type of vehicle, even a small sedan or a mini SUV, in inclement weather 4WD and AWD is advised. A custom lowered vehicle may have difficulties. There are no steep cliffside drop-offs.

Other things to note
- We provide STARTER KIT of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer pods, dishwashing liquid, sponge, trash can liners, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bath bars. We HIGHLY recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration such as extra towels, beach towels, blankets, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, spices, cooking spray, extra trashcan liners, etc.
Condiments, zip locks, foil, plastic food wrap and charcoal are NOT provided.
- The cabin is located in a natural environment, so you will likely see bugs 🐛, spiders, mice, or furry critters. We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters. We cannot refund money for insects, but we will do everything in our power to remedy the problem. If you see a bear 🐻 during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway, do not feed it. Stay away from it. Bears are dangerous. Local law requires that food not be left outside at any time unless it is properly discarded in bear-proof trash cans. The guest is responsible for any run-ins with wildlife.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. TRAVEL INSURANCE is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
- The 4th bedroom is an open air Game Room, it's NOT enclosed.
- 10 person maximum. If you bring more persons than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per person over said number.
- Quiet time is at 10 pm. If you’re looking to have a late-night party, this cabin is not for you!
- For your safety you are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the cabin. You’re welcome to smoke outside away from the doors and windows. Any evidence that smoking has occurred in the cabin will result in an additional $500 cleaning fees charged to your credit card.
- Absolutely no fires inside the cabin! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
- The cabin is on well water. We have whole house water filtration system installed.
