*Rent as 1 or 2 bedroom: 1-2 guests automatically books at the 1 bedroom/bath rate, 3-4 guests automatically books at the 2 bedroom/bath rate, if you wish to rent 2 bedrooms/baths for 2 guests simply update the guest number to 3 or message us. When rented as a 1 bedroom/bath the 2nd bed/bath will remain locked and empty.*

As you enter Booby Rock, the open great room with vaulted ceilings provides comfortable seating for 4, and a Smart TV to stream your shows or movies via the provided Netflix and Hulu. The great room opens to the full kitchen, and out onto the private deck.

Full kitchen with dishwasher is stocked with coffee for the mornings, a gallon of water to get you started, and all the supplies you need for dining at home either inside at the kitchen island or the dining table on the deck.

Your private deck, accessible through the kitchen or great room sliding doors provides both lounge and dining areas. An electric grill is provided on your deck, and a shared gas grill is available on the pool deck.

1 King bedroom with ensuite and 2nd King bedroom with hall bath are both furnished with A/C, ceiling fans, blinds and room-darkening curtains to ensure a good night's rest.

*Bogie’s is supported with solar panels and Powerwalls, during an extended outage we require conservation steps to insure all guests will have fans and fridges powered overnight.

The hall closet provides beach and pool towels, and a small cooler for your adventures.

One parking space is available for each unit.

Booking guest must be over the age of 18, not suitable for children under 12.

Bogie's Villa is a 6 unit complex comprised of 2 buildings. Bogie's has 6 separate condos (2 - 2 bed/ 2 bath, 2 - 2 bed/1 bath, 1 large studio, and 1 tiny living style studio). The common areas (pool, deck, parking and laundry) are shared by all.
