“Gulf Breeze Getaway” is beautifully decorated and has ALL that you will need and then some, for a worry-free, relaxing, and fun, vacation! Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1834 square feet of at-home comforts, our home will take your breath away the moment you step inside the door!

Our home can comfortably sleep a total of 8 guests plus your 2 of your fur babies! We are PET FRIENDLY and have a 2-pet maximum. We require a $75 non-refundable pet fee, per pet and do not allow any pets listed on the restricted breed list. If you are unsure as to whether or not your pet is listed on the restricted list, please message prior to booking. Please Note: You can sleep 8 adults however, 4 of our beds are twin size and 2 of the 4 twin beds are trundle beds.

Living Space:
The living, kitchen and dining areas boast an open concept and offer plenty of room to for everyone to spread out and relax! The Living Room is equipped with a comfy sofa, love seat, 2 chairs, and a large, flatscreen TV.

Dining Room:
The Dining Room has a large table with seating for 6 plus we have additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

Kitchen:
First thing that is noticed about our kitchen… our GORGEOUS, butcher block counters! The Kitchen is FULLY STOCKED! We have just about everything PLUS the kitchen sink! It is equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, general cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, dinnerware/drinkware, pots, and pans! Our pantry is stocked with items that you may need such as flour, sugar, oil, spices, aluminum foil, and ziplock bags. Also stored in our pantry is a highchair/booster seat for the littles.

Bonus Room:
Located just off of the kitchen/dining area, our bonus room offers plenty of space and entertainment for the kiddos! We have children’s books, card games, board games, & puzzles. We also have a workout mat and a few weights, so you don’t have to skip your workout while on vacation!

Laundry Area:
Our laundry area is in the bonus room and is equipped with full size, front load, washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor Space:
Our large, fully fenced, backyard has plenty of room for the kiddos and/or pups to run around. We also have a fire pit, adirondak chairs, BBQ grill, 2 small porch swings, plus additional seating for when you’re ready to take a break and relax! Also, outback in our shed is a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, floaties, cooler, boogie boards, cornhole, baby stroller, dog kennel, and more, all there for your use! (Beach towels are stored on the shelf in the laundry closet) We also have a pet waste scooper as well as waste bags by the back door.

Master Bedroom:
The master has a King size bed, flat screen tv, dresser, and a closet. Our second closet has been converted into a workstation with a desk, lamp, and chair for those that must work while on vacation.

Master Bathroom:
The master bathroom is essentially an ensuite. It is in the private hallway just before the entrance to the master bedroom. It has a large vanity/sink area and a walk-in shower offering handicap handrails, dual shower heads and a dispenser with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. (Ginger Lily Farms is the brand)

Guest Bedroom 2:
The middle guest bedroom has Queen size bed, a dresser, flatscreen tv, and a closet.

Guest Bathroom:
Located in between the 2 guest bedrooms the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo, small sink vanity, and cabinet storage.

Guest Bedroom 3:
The twin room has 2 twin size beds, each with twin size pullout trundle beds, a dresser, flat screen tv, and a closet with a pack-n-play stored inside.

Parking:
The driveway is located on the side of the house and has space for 3 cars. Please do not park in the grass or on the street.

General:
Free WiFi, YouTube TV, linens, towels, shower/tub dispensers with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. Coffee pods, flour, sugar, oil, spices, ziplock bags, & aluminum foil.

“Gulf Breeze Getaway” is located less than a half of a mile (.34) from the sugar sand beaches of Gulfport, 2 miles away from The Mississippi Aquarium & Lynn Meadows Discovery Center, plus only minutes away from shopping, dining, casinos and so much more!

-NOTE: Your safety matters. Our property is equipped with live, audio/video, exterior security cameras. All cameras face out and do not record any interior spaces.
Check In: Check in for arriving guest will be 4:00pm.

Check Out: Check out for departing guests will be 10:00am.

Early/Late check in/out may be available with enough notice and an additional charge.



-THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST OCCUPY THE PROPERTY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
-NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE.
-MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED is 8. NO overnight guest other than those listed on your guest registration when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
-ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property by Property Management for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
-PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
-PETS ARE permitted and must be registered. We have a 2-pet maximum. A $75 non-refundable pet fee, per pet is required at the time of booking. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
-The City of Gulfport asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
-NO sandy shoes inside the property. Please remove your shoes prior to entry. There is a hose provided outside to rinse sandy clothing and shoes off.
-DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside.
-NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors or carpet/rugs.
-When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
-DO NOT park in the grass or on the side of the road. ONLY park in the driveway.
-NO trailers, boats or RV’s are permitted.
-Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. ANY damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
-Upon departure, please follow the check-out instructions to ensure that you receive your full security deposit back.
